Staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff very good. Amenities are well kept. Landscaping is not dog friendly as there is not much grass anymore.

We have lived at The Parks of Hunter's Creek for quite some time now and have always found it a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is top-notch, always ready with a smile and friendly conversation while being proficient in handling problems. I don't anticipate us leaving anytime soon!

This place truly feels like home. Enjoy everything about living here. They care about the environment and the residents that’s what makes it feel like a home not just an apartment. The pool is amazing and very clean and so is the gym.

My first month here has been great. The area is wonderful, the people in the community are really nice, and the people who work in the office are really helpful and accommodating. Maintenance responded very quickly to a request that I submitted and they took care of it in a very timely manner. This place is awesome.

This is a great location! Everything is near by and the staff here are so wonderful :) You're far enough from the touristy areas but close enough to the theme parks. It's the best of both worlds.

Solid place. Great location near lots of shopping centers. I wish they didn’t remove the grass as it doesn’t look as nice now but otherwise haven’t had a lot of issues.

"My Experience at The Parks at Hunter's Creek" I lived at The Parks at Hunter's Creek for 1 year and had an excellent experience overall. The apartment was in great condition, and the recently renovated pool area was a highlight. The location is unbeatable—central and convenient for everything in Orlando. What stood out most was the staff: both the administrative and maintenance teams were consistently friendly, approachable, and always greeted residents with a smile. The only area for improvement would be the windows. While the community itself is quiet, the windows are outdated and don’t provide much noise insulation from the outside. Without hesitation, I’d 100% recommend this community to others, especially families. It’s a welcoming place with reliable service and a great atmosphere."

Nice apartments, friendly staff, and good events. But the building is a bit old and has no thermal insulation — it gets really hot in the summer, with the AC running day and night, and cold in the winter. Still, the location is great: lots of shops, a mall, daycares, and schools nearby.

Overall, it's a nice apartment community to live in. The rent and increases each year are a bit pricey. The larger one-bedroom apartments have a lot of space, which is the main reason, I chose this apartment community initially. The maintenance team is the BEST hands down. They always strive to respond to work requests in a timely manner. For the most part, it's a safe area to live in. During the timeframe I have lived in the community, I'm not aware of anything major happening. Also, the location is convenient to shopping areas and major roadways (417 and 528). However, it's a high traffic area as well. I definitely recommend the apartment community, if it's in your budget.

I love the community, really quiet, a great place to live. The maintenance of the common areas and the restoration of green spaces is looking very nice.

I love living at the Parks! It has a beautiful pool, and the apartments are spacious and full of light. The location is awesome as well! Service requests have always been completed at a timely manner

Everyone has been extremely lovely so far and the apartment is amazing.Everyone at the leasing office was extremely helpful and patient. We love all of the amenities, and there are so many.

I definitely have had some positive and negative experiences with Parks at hunters creek. Maintenance has been the only consistent positive experience. Resolve every problem in a timely matter despite the day of the week. We definitely appreciate the time, and consideration maintenance has for ongoing issue. However, I cannot say the same about the apartments amenities, Office staff and grounds.

The staff is very help and very friendly. They answers questions when needed. They always get back with you in a timely fashion. I feel very at home in my new home.

since moved in, neighbors have been friendly. the children enjoy the playground. 24 hr gym great to find anytime to work out. seen 2 different food trucks right out front of office over the weekend. gives a calming feeling

We love living at The Parks at Hunter's Creek! We've been here for over 15 years now and expect to remain for the foreseeable future. The office staff is very friendly and approachable, while the maintenance crew is topnotch. That, combined with the location in Hunter's Creek plus the friendliness of our neighbors makes us very pleased to be here!

Have lived here two years and have minimal complaints. The apartments are spacious and in a great area. The pool is closed for long periods of time multiple times a year and parking can be difficult at times.
