No issues. Apartments have been under renovation. Easy access from mayor roads. Valet trash pick up is convenient and works five days a week.

I like living here and I don’t have major problems. The office team is really Nice, maintanance is good too. Landscape is not good now, was lot better before. But still a very good place to live.

Just renewed for my third year. Enjoy living here. Thanks for all the upkeep of the property. Just one suggestion is that residents need to slow down! Some treat the roadway as a speedway. But overall this is a great property.

It is mostly a quiet living complex with friendly and helpful staff. Though the recent changes were vague at times, and once in a while the neighbors need to understand courtesy.

We have lived in The Parks at Hunter's Creek since 2018, and love it here! It's a great apartment complex in Hunter's Creek, which has many shopping and restaurant options and is convenient to many main roads. We are happy to live at The Parks at Hunters Creek. We have lived here for a year, and the services have been great. Whenever we’ve needed maintenance, the response has been timely and efficient. One of the things we love most is the sense of community. Every month there’s a celebration — birthdays, holidays, or seasonal events — that make us feel included and valued. My daughter has been especially happy during Halloween, Christmas, and summer because these events are celebrated in fun and thoughtful ways. It truly feels like home.

Overall, it's a good apartment complex to live in. The maintenance team is outstanding and the office employees are willing to assist when issues arise. There are activities throughout the year to engage the resident community. I like that you do not see people loitering around the complex. The environment is safe and I've never had any major issues.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. From the moment I moved in, it’s been nothing but disappointment. The management staff is rude, dismissive, and completely unresponsive to tenant concerns. Maintenance fixes are usually temporary or done poorly. Communication from the office is unprofessional and often lacks clarity. It’s clear they prioritize collecting rent over providing decent service or maintaining a safe, clean living environment. Common areas are dirty, and issues like pests, plumbing, or broken amenities are treated like minor inconveniences—if they’re acknowledged at all. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. The photos may look nice, but the reality is far from it.

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. My experience at “Parks at Hunter’s Creek” has been overwhelmingly frustrating. From the start, communication with management was poor — maintenance has always been amazing but lately it feels rushed and not helpful. The apartment itself had multiple issues: [e.g., plumbing problems, pests, mold, heating/AC not working properly], and when reported, I was met with indifference or excuses. Noise levels were out of control at all hours, and despite numerous complaints, nothing was done. Security is practically nonexistent, and I often didn’t feel safe. On top of that, they raised rent with no meaningful improvements or notice, making the value completely unjustifiable. I strongly advise future tenants to look elsewhere — this place looks decent in pictures, but the reality is far from it.

The Parks at Hunter’s Creek is a great community to live in. It is close to a lot of of the major attractions as well as the turnpike and 417 to get around.

The community is quiet and peaceful. The apartment feels like a home and is very cozy. The spaces are adequate. The gym is well-equipped and clean. The pool is spectacular. I recommend this place for your family.

Staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff very good. Amenities are well kept. Landscaping is not dog friendly as there is not much grass anymore.

We have lived at The Parks of Hunter's Creek for quite some time now and have always found it a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is top-notch, always ready with a smile and friendly conversation while being proficient in handling problems. I don't anticipate us leaving anytime soon!

This place truly feels like home. Enjoy everything about living here. They care about the environment and the residents that’s what makes it feel like a home not just an apartment. The pool is amazing and very clean and so is the gym.

My first month here has been great. The area is wonderful, the people in the community are really nice, and the people who work in the office are really helpful and accommodating. Maintenance responded very quickly to a request that I submitted and they took care of it in a very timely manner. This place is awesome.
