This is an excellent apartment community, and I can say that because I've lived here since 1997. The attractive updated units even have linen closets! The buildings are nicely spaced out among trees and landscaping. The office staff are responsive and very caring. The maintenance staff are highly skilled and very kind. The location is the best...convenient to shopping, medical, roads, and more. Highly recommended.

This complex is very comfortable, my apartment has great lighting, quiet neighbors, and a private balcony. It’s very pet friendly, including free waste bags and a fenced dog area. Just signed a lease for a second year here!

This complex is in a really nice location with great amenities, especially access to the Clubhouse. My main issue is all the cracks and holes in the walls and floors which haven't been covered up and cause us bug issues all the time.

I have been here for five months. Have had a positive experience. The office people are great.. whenever I've had an issue with my apartment and talked to the office people, the repair fellows have been here within 2 hours and fix the problem. If it required parts then they would be back as soon as the part arrived.

old community, good environment and neighborhood. Good school. Only problem with the commute since I have to catch the bus and for that I have to walk a lot. That too with the groceries if coming by bus, it is very difficult. You can not book the Uber/Lyft all the time.

Parkridge Apartments is the best complex in Lake Oswego...unless you want to spend double the amount. And even then, equivalent apartments have less storage space than Parkridge. The updated units are cozy, the grounds are nicely landscaped, and the buildings are spread out (rather than crowded together). The office staff are kind, efficient, respectful, and overall very personable. The maintenance staff are the best...highly skilled, go above and beyond, and I can't say enough about them. The location is safe and very convenient......to shopping, medical, parks, transportation and more. Highly recommended.

This is a nice, quiet, and well kept complex. They management is friendly and helpful. There are community events regularly and they are making improvements around the property consistently. It's a great to place to live in Lake Oswego!

I’ve lived here for over 6 years and I enjoy it a lot. The amenities like the pool, gym and dog park are great additions. As with any complex there can be frustrations like loud neighbors, slamming doors and people not cleaning up after their animals. Overall I feel happy to live here and appreciate the staff for working hard to make this place run!

The new management is awesome. Quiet with lots of walking trails. Great little dog park on premises. The pool and hot tub are always a great place to hang out with friends and family.

I was lucky to have time to scope out a lot of complex's in the area to find my new home. I've now lived at Parkridge for a year and a half, and couldn't be happier. My apt itself is very homey, lots of natural light, and big! The complex is incredibly clean, and the staff is fantastic. I highly recommend.

Parkridge is the best apartment community around, and I have seen them all. The updated units are attractive and comfortable, the buildings are spread out among beautiful landscaping, and the location can't be beat. It's convenient to shopping, entertainment, medical, schools, highways, and more, plus it is a safe environment! The staff are attentive, caring, and so helpful. A special shout-out to maintenance supervisor Dave, who goes above and beyond, is brilliant and skilled, and on top of that is the kindest human ever.

Parkridge is a great community! Very peaceful, lots of places to hike nearby with your dog. Also on site dog park as well. The apartments are well maintained with balcony and washer/dryer included. The staff here make the move in process very smooth and also just friendly and quick to respond. I definitely recommend this property!

We love living here. Very peaceful environment, especially for how many people live here. Love the nature walks & the view from my apartment. Loving that the gutters were cleaned! Staff is very pleasant and the property well maintained. I have personal yard items on my deck & patio, Noone has bothered any of my property, including my vehicles. We love watching the hummers, other birds & squirrels from the huge windows. So tranquil. Just love it.

We've been living at Parkridge Apartments for a few weeks now, and it is a well-maintened and well-managed apartment complex in a fantastic location. I have lived here for 3 years. In 2022 construction began. This is annoying but not that bad. What is bad is the lengths that the current on-site manager will go to obfuscate and confuse people. I originally was going to write a post telling people to look at the dates on the reviews - because older reviews are good... When this property had good people working here. But now it's awful.... I was horrified when I looked at the dates of the reviews on this website..... I can't prove that they are fake but as an actual resident I can say they in no way reflect the CURRENT situation for MOST of the buildings on the property. It is possible that a tenant on the far side might not be impacted by the construction but I doubt

We love it here; the brightness and natural light of the unit is ideal. I love that I do not have anyone above or below us, we have wood burning stove and wrap around back porch. The staff is super friendly and professional. Love the view of forest trees and night skies along with the variety of birds that we watch daily. Having access to the rec center and onsite pool, gym, and spa; along with the endless trails of the area make this an ideal location for our family.

Love the access to nature & rec center. Great amenities. Love all the natural light & the light fixtures above the dining table. My apartment has max privacy, my own patio entrance & wrap around deck. Haven't heard my neighbors yet so that it amazing. Staff is professional & kind. So far, no complaints, we love it here.

I have lived at Parkridge for 11 months now and just renewed my lease. I plan on staying here until I am ready to buy a home. The community and neighborhood are incomparable. The location is absolutely perfect, with a grocery store and a walking trail both right outside our doors. The apartment staff are all very helpful, kind, and great too. I truly love living here. The only complaint I have is that the rent is steep but I guess we are in Lake Oswego so we are partially paying for the location.
