Place keeps going further down hill. So they charge more each year for trash and now they get cheap dumpsters half the size and the new company is late emptying the dumpsters. Apartment are covered in bee's any as a resident per the lease we cannot spray them and Parklawn is to cheap to have the problem taken care of. Kathy is doing everything she can but gets no support from corporate.

If the landlady here likes you, expect preferential treatment, in which case your stay here will likely be good. However, if the landlady decides she does NOT like you, expect harassment. She demanded that I get off the sidewalk and walk my dogs in the road because some tenants whom she is friends with have two huge, aggressive dogs. They are allowed exclusive use of the lawn area for that building. When I informed her that all of us pay our taxes to be able to use the public sidewalk, my quality of life here plummeted. I cannot for the life of me figure out how she decides who should get which kind of treatment. But she has no qualms about making your life here a very unpleasant one, no matter how much you try to cooperate. I am paying the extra fee so that I can break my lease. Maybe a month to month lease may be a better idea until you can figure out whether she likes you.

Parklawn apartments is so far so good. The pet deposit is a little pricey but everything else seems great:)

I moved in last March and couldn't be anymore pleased with everything about this place. The rent is perfect for what comes with and you have 24hr onsite Maintenance, who responds very quickly! The apartments are very clean and the new renovation of them is FANTASTIC. Looks brand new and I always get compliments when people come to visit. Being a working professional and having to wake up real early for work, The quiet hours are very good hear because no one bothers you and the neighbors are respectful. If you are second guessing yourself, DON'T! I have numerous friends who have moved in after seeing my apartment. The management is always looking out for you and is always available to ask questions. i moved in last november with my choc lab and got one of the buidings that backs up to the stream ,nature trail.just overall a great location to call home.i also just signed on for another year. good job parklawn!

This place is wonderful! extremely quiet and such a great family atomsphere. When we have needed something fixed, maintenence and landlord were quick to respond. Rent can be paid right online which is very convenient!

Very nice apartment complex everything is well maintained. Apartments are VERY nice on the inside. Quiet community in a quiet location.

I have lived at Parklawn a couple of months now and I am finding it very convenient to all the local amenities. It is a very quiet and friendly place to live. When I moved in everything was new, clean and modern. I would recommend Parklawn to anyone I know that is looking for a great place to live.

My husband and moved her in January and we love it! The office staff is very great. The maintenance staff has always been fantastic too. I would recommend this propert to anyone!

I am a renter here at Parklawn and it a nice quiet place to live. It is nice that I don't have to pick up a shovel in the winter and worry about raking leaves.In the summer you don't have to worry about the lawn being mowed as the do it and also put pesticide down. I personally like to be able to do my laundry on site. There is a 24/7 maintenance man that lives in the complex and we all know that somethings happen over the weekend?! There are so many reasons to want to live here! There is the grocery store and Dollar General and a pharmacy with in walking distance. There are restaurants all over Honeoye . I also like the area's school district, along with the lake near by that offers many options for your children. Come on down and take a look. It is well worth your time!

Moved in a few months ago, everything is remodelled, clean, quite. I really like this place. If there is a problem, maintenance is there, can't really complain here.

Lived here for over a year! Work in rochester but still live out here. Nice and quiet. Beautifully redone apartment. Current property manager super active in the apartment community. Dont see myself moving for a while. :-) -Stefanie

We have lived at Parklawn for two years and it is a great apartment complex. Pet-friendly and cable is included! Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and only minutes from beautiful Honeoye Lake. Also, everything is newly remodeled with brand new kitchen appliances!

This apartment complex located within walking distance of grocery stores, gas stations & sandy bottoms (lake end) is fully remodeled & ready to move in. At a great price , this was my first apartment ever & I enjoy every minute of it ! I would recommend this complex over others because of administration, they are always there to help fit any need that is unmet, they are open to suggestions and strive to satisfy each and ever tenants needs ! A in my book !

The apartments have been beautifully redone, the rooms are perfect size for my family and the island in the kitchen is fantastic. A short walk to the school, great for taking my kids to the playground. The management has been quick to return calls and attend to any issues that arise (which have been very few) friendly neighbors and they allow pets!

Quiet, close to stores, doctors office and pharmacy!

I have a remodeled apartment. The Living Room and Kitchen are open and have a lot of space. The grocery store, drug store, Dollar General, Subway and more and within walking distance. It is at the North end of beautiful Honeoye Lake. The maintenance people are wonderful! They are always available and snow removal in the winter is very efficient. I have been here 2 years and enjoy it a lot.

We have lived here in Parklawn for over six months and have loved it! The maintenance on site Is super timely and helpful if we have ever needed anything ! The apartments themselves are beautifully renovated and spacious !

my place is completely remodeled , and looks amazing! It is the best place to rent in this entire town. They also have 24 hr maintenance . The neighbors are all quiet which is great!!

Parklawn apartments has been a fantastic place for me and my 18 month old son to call home. It is a very welcoming place with all new remodeled apartments. It sits in the middle of the town with walking distance to everything. The management has surpassed my expectations and have helped so much with everything and anything. I can truly say we are happy here and would recommend parklawn apartments to anyone!
