The Park Lane Apartments located in Mira Mesa has spacious well maintained apartments with huge walk in closets. Rosie, the apartment manager and Enrique the property maintenance engineer are always super available and resolve any issue quickly and efficiently. The rent here is approximately 20%-25% less than comparable apartments in this neighborhood. The building recently painted all balconies and added work out equipment for the tenants to enjoy. Absolutely fabulous place to live 5 year tenant:)
