The location is great! I like the mail room service and the study room service .
Parker Apartments has a lot of potential with friendly staff. However, behind the apparent, the state of the building is quite bad, especially around the social areas. The wash machine has also been a pain since we moved in and management won’t really do much more about it. I would say may overall experience is more of a 6.5/10.

The space is clean and well-maintained. The maintenance department is very responsive to any issues that may pop up. I also appreciate how pet-friendly the entire building is.
I love the convenience of having a washer/dryer and dishwasher in my unit, and a coworking lounge next door. I also love how friendly neighbors are and the location is great
There was definitely a lot of thought put into the apartment complex. I love how beautiful the shared spaces are and how helpful the leasing staff has been in answering ALL of my questions. I also love that there is valet trash!
Management staff sucks; they can not even do their job correctly. The apartment has poor sound insulation.
I would advise anyone considering residence at Parker that the management team treats their tenants like DIRT. This is a problem that is EASILY RESOLVED simply by following SIMPLE AND COMMON PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING PRACTICES.
Parker is a great community and recently the management has done a fantastic job in keeping our community engaged, safe, and beautiful!

Love the warm friendly community here at the Parker. Camisha and Kaitlyn do a great job of keeping us engaged and staying on top of community issues if and when they arise. Jesse and Mario are professional and responsive and always do a great job of addressing any concerns.
Parker has been my favorite place to be a resident. It has beautiful floor plans, an amazing team in the leasing office who are quick and efficient in their communication and taking care of anything you need quickly. Would definitely recommend Parker for anyone whose looking for a new apartment!
My experience at the Parker community has been very nice thus far. I am so happy and grateful to live here with my little dog in a safe clean and gated positive environment where people leave you alone for the most part, but will often say a friendly hello
Excellent living conditions, bug free and low noise. Very sanitary conditions, eco-friendly habits and trash service make this beautiful place a plus. The amenities are amazing and the staff and neighbors are all around great. I recommend this place to anyone who is a up-beat and friendly neighbor.
The building is highly transient there is no sense of community. The building seem more concerned - with profit over people. After bad experiences with the turn over in the office. I keep to myself as much as possible.
Living in the Parker at a single woman is the best decision I have made. I feel very safe and supported in this initiate community. While, I also feel a sense of privacy. Im especially impressed with the staff all around. The amenities are useful for working from home, almost like having my of personal support team.
I couldnt have found a better place if I looked for months. The size, style, cleanliness, safety and design are just perfect.

We love living at Parker! Camille, Danielle and Jorge are so professional and have really turned this property around. It feels like home now! I love the views we have, equinox is down stairs with a small discount, and the resident events have been fun too! Thank you Camille, Danielle and Jorge! The apartments are airy and updated, which is great. Everything else, however, is frustrating. The systems (mail, trash, parking, rent payment) are designed for the convenience of the staff, with no thought given to tenant convenience or experience. Not only that, but these services—down to package lockers—costs extra. The rent is high enough for one to expect it to be at least partially inclusive. The common spaces are also lovely: a co-working space and outdoor grilling area, for instance. However, the amenities in the work space are consistently broken or neglected (from monitors to copier and all the way down to a lack of toilet paper for multiple days at a time)! I can’t say much bad about the grilling area except that you should expect to be shushed by neighbors whose apartments overlook it. And once you move out, be warned: they will try to extract as much additional rent and fees as they can, and if you should have any questions about loose ends, you can expect your calls and emails to be ignored. What would you expect: Greystar, the corporate owner, is building luxury places all over the Bay Area, pushing longtime residents out in an effort to attract affluent and transient folks (like academics) so they can churn tenants in and out without having to provide much of anything in the way of service or care. I regret having lived there for a year.
Living at the Parker is an awesome experience. The building and apartment features are beautiful, modern, and sleek in design. The office management is second to none. The apartments features have everything you need, including upscale appliances and most important is the inside washer and dryer, neatly packed into a small space. But the open floor plans and ceiling to floor windows give the illusion of a space much larger than it actually is. I love living here and I would definitely recommend it.
The service at ParkerPlace is beyond reproach, thanks to Sunny, Janae and John. If I have a problem I can rely on them for immediate assistance.
Parker is a positive, well cared for and enjoyable place to live. I am always happy to come home after work or travel!
I love how quiet and convenient Parker is. I'm walking distance from Berkeley bowl which I love to shop at. When ever I need a package or to drop off rent I'm always greeted with a smile; the Parker employees are always helpful and friendly. I love living in a brand new building; the appliances are amazing and the out amenities are convenient. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place, to come to Parker.
