Dogs and Cats Allowed: We welcome 2 pets per apartment and allow cats and dogs. Dogs must be under 50 lbs at maturity, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. We require a one-time $250 deposit per pet ($500 for two pets) and a $25 per month pet rent. Please call our leasing office for more pet policy information.

Neighborhood - East Tuscaloosa

The sprawling neighborhood of East Tuscaloosa provides residents with large, amenity-filled apartment complexes, as well as smaller condo buildings from which to choose. The whole neighborhood turns out for University of Alabama game days, often stopping at Baumhower's Restaurant to grab some wings to enhance the festivities. The university's presence, just to the west of East Tuscaloosa, gives parts of the neighborhood a college town feel.
