Property Ratings at Park Village Apartments
Where do I even start? Be prepared to deal with mandatory renovations with barely 1 day notice, outlandish fines for ridiculous reasons, mass evictions, dog poo everywhere, extremely rude office staff, used dirty and dented appliances, plumbing that is a consistent issue, selective enforcement of rules, an advertised security agency that's never actually available, a front gate they never bother closing, and being forced to do any contact via a mobile app that hardly works. In the 4 years I have lived here I have seen at least 3 sales to new management companies that get progressively worse. Not worth the outrageous amount they charge a month.
I have lived here at Park Village for about a month and I'm so impressed by the upgrades, beautiful changes and wonderful staff! Melissa and Lia have been more than helpful in getting me situated. Wally, the maintenance guy is amazing!! He is so nice and seems to really care about not only the work he does, but accommodating the residents that reside here. The environment is so quiet and I am so happy with the decision of moving here. Thanks Park Village for making the process as painless as possible!!
Just bought out by new owners. Good things happening. Lots of much needed upgrades and NO MORE FLOODED PARKING LOTS!!! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!
