Decent apartments. Apartment was not clean when I moved in. Appliances are over 20 years old and on the brink of breaking. Outside the apartment is quite dirty and full of bugs.
Park Village is great on the surface, just don't look too deep or expect timely repairs.
Office personnel are extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Had a few hiccups in the beginning but Gwen was absolutely amazing! The new office staff if great as well and David is the best! Almost alway less than 24 hours to have anything fixed even went out of his way to help me with a few other things! It’s pretty quiet and the kiddos are respectful and well behaved eleven outside. Love hearing the giggles and kids having fun. Grounds are clean, and the growing amenities are great, cannot wait to see what comes next!!

We like the community, the people seem nice and fairly quiet. We do have people with dogs upstairs kind of noisy. We've had issues but most has been taken care of or spoken about with management. Place has potential for sure. Hope to see more upgrades.

Park village is not just a place to live, it's a community where people care about each other and watch out for each other. The homes here are roomy and have lots of storage and closet space. Our manager Renee is awesome and so is David our maintenance man.
The property is very peaceful. Office and clubhouse recently renovated. Very excited about the upcoming improvements to the property. Great place to call home.

This is a nice place to stay. I love it here. Joan has been real supportive especially through the Coronavirus. I appreciate her so much.
appliances are very old, carpets are very old with stains bathtubs creek, floors creek when walking on it and in some spots are dented. Management won't fix issues like replacing carpets unless you pay $ what their cost was. tenants who smoke in their apartments goes thru your walls and your actually smelling the nicotine in your apartment. Nothing is being done when you complain to them. I've seen other low income apartments that replaces the carpeting before new tenants move in to them. They also replace appliances as well. I'm sure with all the money Park Village is getting they can afford to replace things if they want to keep their tenants.
