The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park View Apartments
This apartment is okay. It’s definitely infested with roaches outside . You only see them at night and they scatter everywhere when you walk past . One of their gates doesn’t close and it’s open all the time. They wouldn’t give me my deposit back but wanted me to clean the apartment because they “didn’t want to have to pay those fees”. I left the apartment dirty because wtf. You want me to clean up the apartment but won’t give me my deposit back because YOU guys don’t wanna pay cleaners ? Ok lol. Just know you’re not getting your deposit back .
This apartment is infested with German Cockroaches! If you dnt know what they are look them up. There’s no way to get rid of them unless management tents the entire apartments. I terminated my lease after 2 1/2 months. It was horrible. They didn’t not want to give my deposit back because I termed my lease because THEY KNOWINGLY HAVE ROACHES!
These are the worst apartments you can stay. I’ve lived here for about 8 months until I just decided to end our lease because of the crime and how dirty management leaves it. Every night there’s shooting or someone fighting happening. I’ve never felt safe in this apartment complex. In the time I lived here I experienced cops showing up, people getting killed, and our mailbox getting broken into. There was even a time I walked out to my car and saw a puddle of blood. This apartment is very unsafe and dirty, and management is the absolute worst they won’t help you with anything. You’re better off finding another place. It’s cheap for a reason.
