The Harborside neighborhood, just a 15-minute drive from downtown San Diego, is located at the western end of Chula Vista near the San Diego bay. Residents can avoid traffic and easily reach downtown by taking the San Diego Trolley's blue line. The neighborhood has a large number of apartments and wraps around a park of the same name.

I wish we would have read these reviews prior to moving in.... We thought we were taking advantage of a "RENTAL SPECIAL" but were just conned. This apartment complex has issues with plumbing and bugs...yuck! Our lease just expired and they increased our rent by $45!! After only a six month lease! Mind you, we have many water outages(for plumbing repairs) so it is very inconvenient. Don't make the same mistake that we made and stay away! We will be relocating as soon as possible....at least we didn't make the mistake of signing a 1 year lease....

Those apartments are not what they say,doesn't have pool ,are expensive and the laundry room consists in 4 dryers and 4 washers and their always broke we don't have security at night people from outside always blocking your parking lots not a good place to live

I've been living in this complex for 3 years the first 2.5 where good then everything went down hill from there, they took the pool out and replaced it with cheap landscape always trashed and noisy, there is always problems with people parking in your parking space and red zone sometimes most of the time blocking you, the laundromat consist of 4 washers and 4 dryers for almost 40 apartments wait that's not the bad part there always broken all the time usually 2 work it's just horrible, their appliances are cheap always have problems with refrigerator, no security they say they have but Nop NO SECURITY OR MANAGER ON SITE on top of that they just raised our rent have more things to say but I'll write on other review
