do not move here they are not professional laundry facility been out for months,they changed locks on trash/parking door and never gave us a key,maintenance also never shows up or fixes anything,no security onsite,management is rude and makes accusations,tried to charge rent twice you can find somewhere way better trust me everybody in that complex is trying to move out

Am a resident from past 5 years ...Actually, it's nice Apartment to stay, but just because of previous two managements where not so responsible enough to address the issues, Current management team (Romie, Lydia, Jessica) is friendly and always willing to help. The community is vibrant and welcoming, and I’ve made some great friends here. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. If you’re looking for a place that offers a high-quality living experience with all the amenities you could ask for, I highly recommend Park Victoria. It’s worth every penny!

Lol - what “bubbling brooks and waterfalls” are they talking about? Those have been without water since 2020! This place is a joke. Rat infested, roach infested, stray cat infested…

New Management is very miss-managed. They tell 1 thing at one time and tell altogether a new thing next day. Also after talking to me over the call and in-person next day the new manger denied that she committed anything or rather even talked to me.

I went there the other day and viewed a 1 bedroom apartment but was more interested in a 2 bedroom, I was told one thing and when I return with the deposit and filled out application I was told another thing, apparently management isn’t on the same page... wasting my time. That an apparently the amenities aren’t accurate either...

Very rude staff and maintenance is very poor! The laundry is dirty and half of the time washer/dryers are out of order.

I have been living here for about 3 years now. Never thought about giving a review until now. The few times we have asked for staff help we don't get attended on time. Last year the sink broke and never got fixed even after being assured several times for about 2 weeks it would get taken care of. I ended up fixing the sink myself and staffing never showed up they completely forgot about it. I still have the home depot receipt. Someone below mentioned rats, a few months back while going to the laundry area I saw a big dead rat few yards away from the open area near the chess board table and where I see kids play sometimes. I know anyone coming down the stairs from the management building would have seen it with all the flies around it. It could have been a weekend maybe that's why it hadn't been picked up? The increase in rent has made things harder too and while it is understandable to enforce the rules you would still expect some customer friendliness. The new manager and staff will pretend to be friendly and even after coming to an agreement to avoid a 3 day notice be prepared to still get a 3 day notice asap. I couldn't avoid an immidiate emergency, but maybe it never got written down like before. I feel I really can't complain to them and finding anything cheaper hasn't been easy.

MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS THE DAY I MOVED IN TO THAT PROPERTY..I YR CONTRACT I KNEW WHY AFTER I MOVED IN,ONCE U MOVE IN UR STUCK THERE!! WITH THERE DAM RATS AND INFESTATION OF ROACHES, THE WORST OF IT ALL IS THERE OFFICE PERSONAL AND MAINTENANCE THEY PROMISE AND PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE AND NEVER SHOW UP THIS PLACE IS A NITEMARE YEAH U GO AND OF COURSE THEY SHOW U WHAT THEY NOT WHAT YOU BE RENTING..DONT RENT HERE U WILL REGRET IT IN A WK WHEN THE ROACHES STARTS COMING OUT FROM EVERY WHERE AND U SEE THE DEAD RATS IN THE PARKING AREA OR CROSSING UR PATH THEY ARE ALL OVER THE PROPERTY AT NITE ITS SCARY

I had one of the worst experiences with the park Victoria management. The staff doesnt understand customer service and is very adamant with the policies. They need to understand customer satisfaction. I almost booked the apartment and was about to move but due to adamant behavior of the staff, I had to cancel my booking. The policies are explained differently to different tenants. Also lot of issues with the parking of the apartment. Will never recommend this apartment to anyone.

I almost booked a 2 BHK apartment but cancelled it because the office staff behavior was worst. The policies outlined are very harsh and un-reasonable. The lady behind the counter was too adamant and rigid. The policies are not at all customer friendly. There is parking space problems as well, for 2 BHK only 1 parking was being given. The policies could have been better and a little customer oriented but that was not the case. Will not recommend to anyone.

Moved in on July 1, 2012 -present We are Month-Month and planning to move out soon.We are a Family of 4. in a 2 bed 1 bath.My Husband just started a new Job that Pays well Are Family has faith that God will bless us with a home someday. 3 beds 2 bath plus BIG YARD so my kids can finally play outside.

Park Victoria is a very relaxed and quiet community. Have lived here for six years now and I have no major complaints about this place. Maintenance issues get handled in a timely manner, and the personnel are friendly when you see them around the grounds, management office personnel are very helpful. A few things we don't really favor is the yearly rent increase that started three years ago, and random solicitors that come to our door.
