Property Ratings at Park Towers Apartment Homes
These apartments have a great maintenance team. Whenever there's any problem that I may need to be looked at or fixed the maintenance team doesn't hesitate coming out to get the job done. I had a pluming issue that was driving me crazy Andy, one of the maintenance man came out and spent time and dedication to look at the issue and got the issue solved!! I thank God for him because it wasn't a easy task! My old apartment complex would have never done that or would have left the job half finished.

Place has gone down! lived here 6 years and it used to be a wonderful place to live but now place is infested with mice, management very rude and very hard to get in touch with. no one responds to maintenance calls and theost goes on and they have the nerve to charge the rent they do. highly unrecommended

Park Towers is a HORRIBLE apartment complex. There are extended periods where the tenants have no hot water. Maintenance requests are ignored. The hallways smell disgusting. The buildings are not clean. The leasing office staff is rude and incompetent. Making a simple request to notify tenants when the water is shut off or when there are issues with the hot water are ignored. As of June 6, 2021 there’s a current mice problem.

Despite many complaints, we have not had hot water in the bathrooms for months. The hallways and entrance are dirty and smell terrible. People just throw their garbage into the room with the garbage chute, don't even bother to put it down the chute. Main entry locks are broken and door is always left propped open. Rodent problems. The rent is way too high for this property. Run from this property.

I am not tenant at park towers , but did come out and took a look at the apartments and I must say this is really nice...I'm really thinking about moving there..very clean.
If you have relocated from another state or city Park Towers is the best place to stay. It has both affordability and style along with the convenience of being surrounded my major expressways, shopping, parks churches. and libraries. It is also nestled between public transportation and the police and fire department. The service is top notch! The staff gives great service to its tenants and the tenants really are hospitable. It feels just like one huge family and the amenities make you feel if though you're on your own home. You couldn't ask for anything better.
This apartment complex is very quiet and full of professionals. The walls are completely soundproof. Maintenance comes out promptly. The lay out of the apartment is definitely something different from apartments in the area. It's worth the price
I move from Arizona they excepted me over the phone gave me a move in date and the apartment was just as it looked on the sight , beautiful. They welcome me with love.
