The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Terrace
Terrible place to live! Sure they made repairs to roof, put a playground in for kids, IMPROVED the manager's apartment BUT NO IMPROVEMENTS inside our homes. Parking is ridiculous. They are numbered, but you still have other people parking in your spot or can't find parking at all. Manager or her guests park in front of the mailboxes (not a parking space), but when someone else parks there, you're told it's not a parking space. Laundry room is a joke....always full or machines don't work. Trying to get anything fixed in your apartment is impossible. You'll see the guy and his truck here lots of time, but not to fix anything. Manager is NEVER around. She is rude to certain people and nice to others. This place is not worth the time or money. Find another place to live!
