The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Sierra
I have to say Alexandra was extremely helpful before I was transferred to leasing she did wonderful work explaining the community and the surrounding areas. I’m vegan she gave me some nice restaurants options. Told me about the 5 pools with a Jacuzzi! She did an excellent job describing the property.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
My apartment flooded multiple times due to lack of waterproofing of the apartment I moved into in November 2023. Management ignored some of my maintenance requests and sent a fan to deal with flooding after 20 hours of asking for help. They started construction after over a month and 4 flooding incidents and refused to coordinate or accommodate me during the loud and invasive construction, that is schedule to last nearly a month; impacting my ability to work for weeks. Never experienced a worse management and maintenance team in my life. I am now being currently ignored by management, aside from a construction supervisor they sent Friday morning to tell me that they are going to conduct loud construction that day (with no previous notice, he said no construction Friday previously) and that if it impacts my work (remote work in emergency management developing disaster prep videos and holding meetings) that is because I am choosing for it to impact me and that I should figure it out. I explained my job to him and explained that I already wasn't able to record videos for several days and thus haven't been able to do the majority of my work and asked for accommodations, to which he smugly smiled and replied that it's my chose to not work and he is doing construction and will not grant my request for accommodations because it's not their problem, it's mine. AVOID THIS PLACE AND AL GHP OWNED APARTMENTS AT ALL COST!

worst place to live, its gross gang activity on a daily occurrence shootings left & right drugs literally at any corner by far the worst!

Police activity, overflow of dumpsters. The city will not pick up all the trash. Yes it is that bad. The employee don't answer the phone ever because all they get are complaints.
The worse place I’ve lived. We had a problem with roaches and rats since we moved in. Talk to other residents currently living here and you’ll see for yourself.
I am not the one to write any reviews on any place whether it is restaurant, previous apartments etc. However, I am very please with Maintenance. When we first moved in there was some final touches that needed to taken cared of. Once I called it in, maintenance responded within that same week. We also had a cracked toilet that needed to be replace and JESUS was AMAZING! He was very useful and beyond friendly...with his sense of humor he was able to make me more comfortable and trust his experience. I was very pleased with his services & now when I see him around, we call eachother "friends" ..!!
In less than I year I’ve witnessed: NO PARKING, apartment FIRE LIKE BLAZED, cops frequently, firearm shot in broad daylight, a tree fall on a car, a car accident, my car broken into, my ceiling leak from the above units toilet, all dumpsters overflowed, couches and mattresses All over the place. It’s just the worst place I’ve ever lived.
Roaches everywhere and management refuses to address your concerns. Drug dealer was right below me with plenty of traffic and the graffiti was a regular occurrence. Kids fighting in the courtyards between the buildings and people are always going through the garbage dumpsters, that’s when the garbage makes it to the dumpsters. Often tenants throw garbage from their front door or balcony down to the dumpsters and if they miss they’re not concerned and either is maintenance. Package theft is a concern and you will not receive your security deposit back no matter how well you maintain the unit.
Only you believe you are a fixed income for k people for a year as it has all the services so if it is on your cover of your Bloc but it is not true as they encourage you for k people for a year and thus earn your commission for renting each apartment with deception that has Parkin De vicita and much security is not true everything is full of cars from the same tenants to have their garage and serves as a warehouse and staff to rent it K people are in the office they treat you Then As if they did not pay you to honor you with respect for K If you have a client you are applying for rent, you have no time to be very busy to follow your commission is what interests you the rent I get more and more month Month Trash Water and do not k more attend the Bill and you have to pay all for your no longer they are charging you fine they ask you what is the increase of the services they do not answer only they tell you that way! k office is responsible for charging l to rent
The place looks very nice my family and I fell in love with it. We are a family of 5. we are in the lower class yet we are very hard workers trying to find a nice place for our family to be okay for our son to be closer to college. The lady that showed us the unit was very helpful we asked her what was the chances of us getting the place since our credit was no good. She said don't worry we don't base it on credit,we need to check to make sure no evictions, bankruptcy or owe on a property. We told her none of that is on our credit. She said nothing to worry then if you make the income we will approve you. So we went ahead and submitted applications for the adults even my son that just turned 18.Paid $140.00 dollars for the credit check.Just for us to hear sorry you have BAD credit can't help you.We cant rent you an apt.Thats a rip off.for all the working class people trying to make a living dont bother they will turn you down because of credit. They are rip offs .They should state only apply if you have a credit score of 600 and above anything lower will be turned down.
Rented this apartment July 15, 2015. Management did not disclose that there are roaches in every apartment. They promised to fumigate but to no avail. Garbage disposal broke and was replaced after constant request 2 weeks later. Electrical outlets not working properly. Got shocked when plugging in a lamp. I am so disappointed because I have a 5 year old son and a baby on the way and now I have to move again which is such a hardship for me and my son. Currently looking for a clean apartment we can call home.
If your looking for a cheap place to live. This is the place for you. Never any parking for you or your guests. Although they say plenty of parking. Your stuff will be stolen out of your car parked in your garage. Maintaince Will take forever to come and fix things porch light has never worked and I've been there for 2 years, dishwasher never worked either Management changes every month. Pools are always dirty and only one out of five Jacuzzis work. Trash diggers fighting over trash cans. Kitchen fires and broken walls are an everyday occurrence.
I like this apartment because it has a lot of things to do especially when you have three kids. Pools, spas, and parks all over the apartment complex. they also have gyms throughout the complex as well. the management is great and will be there in a jiff if anything needs to get fixed or replaced. Shopping centers within walking distance. I would highly recommend my apartment to anyone.
That is on of the best apartments we have lived in. Spacious, 2 car garage, washer/dryer in unit and two bathrooms. The surrounding is peaceful and it is very close to the freeway and most everything. We love our apartment.
It has lots of parks pools and exercise areas throughout the complex, great neighborhood, very family orientated. Very close to shopping centers and gas stations.
We like it here been here over a year and its got life to it..real close to shopping areas. Many people are mislead by this apartmet complex but if your friendly to others and mind your business its not a bad place to live at all.
This is a great place to live. The apartments have a washer and dryer. We have a double car garage and a separate storage.
