The cities of Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton form a loosely shaped triangle within California's Tri-Valley region, a cluster of three small valleys about 33 miles east of San Francisco and 35 miles northeast of San Jose. Known for its Mediterranean climate, rolling hills and historic vineyards, this once bucolic region now boasts three separate downtown areas, a bustling business community and some of the best wineries in the state.
At the eastern end of the region lies the city of Livermore. Once known as Livermores, Livermore Ranch and Nottingham, the city sits at the center of Livermore Valley, a historic region dotted with more than 5,000 acres of mostly family-owned vineyards. A pastoral neighborhood known for its charming yet functional hilltop windmills, Livermore hosts the internationally recognized and sometimes controversial center of scientific research, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Hello! Wow, thank you so much for your awesome review and your long time loyalty as a resident here at Park Sierra! Our team works hard to maintain this beautiful community, it makes us happy to see that you're experiencing just that. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything! Team Park Sierra
I have been a resident for three years, but lately maintenance standards have all but disappeared. I have a broken toilet for seven days and I have been told by the leasing office that it is not an urgent repair and they don't know when it can be fixed. My family is forced to use one bathroom in the meantime. Rent is always due first of the month, but maintenance will be done whenever Park Sierra gets to it. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere. Tenant not a priority here.
Property Manager at Park Sierra, Responded To This Review
Hello Nauman! We are so sorry to hear about your broken toilet handle, we know how frustrating this must be and we appreciate you connecting with our team directly on this. We understand that our team connected with you shortly after receiving this feedback, and that our maintenance team was able to fix the handle a few days ago. While we understand that using one out of two bathrooms is not ideal, we are glad that there was one with a working handle in your unit and we appreciated your patience as we worked to take care of this. We are glad that everything is fixed now! Team Park Sierra
I’m a long time resident and have complained multiple times about there not being enough parking. They try to insist that there is and that everyone also has a garage. Which WE already use for another vehicle. But yet probably 75%-80% of the garages that I see (they leave their garage doors open often), are not used for vehicles.
Property Manager at Park Sierra, Responded To This Review
Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review. We do apologize for your experience with our parking, if you could please call the office, we would like to get some more information and feedback on ways to enhance your experience with us. We do have parking in front of the leasing office and throughout the community, as well as the garage spaces. Feel free to call us at (925) 560-0050. Thank you! The Park Sierra Team
