The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Ridge
The apartment was filthy!!! i had to scrub black mold from the windows. it took me over a week to get it decently clean. the landlord/office never answers the phone with no call backs. worst place i’ve rented!!
This company really lives up to their commitment to be clean, quiet, and affordable. I lived there 2 1/2 years and never had a problem with noise and the property was kept clean inside and out. The only time I had an issue with the apartment, maintenance was over the same day to fix it. Really great place at a reasonable rate. Only leaving because i got married and we needed a bigger place. Thanks JG & C!
I really enjoyed staying with this company. I would highly recommend!
