The community is quiet and welcoming, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The location is great too — close to shopping, dining, and major roadways, making it convenient to get anywhere in town. I highly recommend Park Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

During our recent move out from Park Ridge we thoroughly cleaned the apartment and asked about items we would not be able to take. Especially non-perishable food we wanted to donate to a local food bank. We were assured that these items would be taken care of and the food would go to local residents or college students. Imagine our surprise to receive a $400 charge indicating we had left bags of trash when in fact we left boxes of sealed non-perishable food as per our arrangement with management. We trusted management and were very disappointed.
