Nice and quite and loving the remodels being done...property manger is very understanding and always one call away...no place like home even the birds love it

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love the location most of all. It’s is about 15 to anywhere. The space in the apartments is great for the price with dishwasher, washer/dryer hookups and more than enough closet space. Would definitely recommend!!
I have been out here for almost 4 years i love the space in these apartment just a little more remodeling and they will be up to date but overall this is my home
Two bedroom 2bath is very spacious! Rooms are huge and they come with double closets. Dishwasher & washer dryer hookup is included. Maintenance is fast
I have lived in these apartments several times in the last 20 years. They are so roomy!! Lots of closet spaces!! Management and maintenance are very helpful!! I would recommend these apartments to anyone

I've lived in Park Pointe Apartments for about 4 years and I can actually say I love it here. The apartments are very spacious very quiet and the maintenance and management do a great job. I would recommend park point to anyone looking for an apartment
Management was helpful when needed. Maintenance was handled in a timely way. All the listed amenities were not in my apartment. Overall a good year.

They are fast about answer maintenance calls they keep the property clean and free of trash and the leasing managers are nice and understand this will be my second year no complaints so far

The largest strain in trying to find a roof and four walls is simply location. Park pointe apartments at the most is 10 to 15 minutes away from food, entertainment, leisure. Two thumbs up!

Location is Prime! It doesn't get any better. Shopping, dining, arts, great schools, tech industry and so much more is just outside your door. Park Pointe is close to it all!
