The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Point Properties
I want to warn everyone about the terrible building conditions at Park Point Apartments. The place is falling apart! The walls have cracks, and the ceilings leak when it rains. The heating and cooling systems don't work properly, making it unbearable in extreme weather.
Property Manager at Park Point Properties, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback. In the last two years we have made some major upgrade's in the units and common areas. We have since replaced a water heater and a boiler. We apologize your experience was less than desirable.
Plain and simple. This was sold to me as a smoke free building but people smoke and the manager doesn’t care and will just deny it
My experience at Parkpoint Apartments has been overshadowed by security issues and rampant vandalism in the parking lot. The lack of proactive measures to address these concerns is disheartening.
This is supposed to be smoke free, but management doesn't enforce it. Neighbor vapes and/or smokes weed several times per day. I've tried many times to get mgmt to do something about it but they won't. They don't even respond to my emails anymore.
There has been a lot of turn over with the maintenance staff and it takes a long time to get anything fixed. Management has to be contacted multiple times for any issue as they seem disorganized and likely spread too thin. Overall building maintenance has declined significantly over the last two years.
