Property Ratings at Park Plaza Apartments
Been here few months and I love it. Staff are very professional. Move in process went very smoothly. The 1 bedroom tower apartment is very spacious and plenty of storage space. Very nice size kitchen. I also love that you can go on the balcony from your bedroom as well as your living room. The apartment complex is kept very clean. Maintenance responds very quickly. Most the residents are older so it is very quiet and everyone is friendly. Nice amenities such as indoor pool, fitness room, community room that you can rent for events, and play area for children. Also there is a trash chute on each floor in the towers, storage space for every apartment and laundry room. I definitely would recommend if you are looking for a nice, safe, and affordable place to live.
I did like this apartment. The swimming pool was warm. The layout of the apartment is very spacious. I live in the loft. It's cool to have my own 2 story unit. I've lived here for 11 years and it is now time for me to move. There is new management here and maintenance does not come on time anymore. They fired the good employees. There was black mode in my neighbor's apartment and they ignored the issue for 3 weeks until the neighbor said she would call MSHDA. Black mode is deadly. Now, the new secretary over here is losing people's rent money. The new building cleaner barely cleans. I love these apartments, it's been my home for 11 years, but the new management is the problem.
I Love the view when I look out onto the patio. I see a city of lights and I don't have to leave my apartment to watch the Fireworks. Wahoo!!!
