Excellent apartment living experience! Comfortable, well-maintained, and secure. Jenny, the manager, is an absolute gem. She's always available to help with any questions or concerns, and her kindness, politeness, and work ethic are truly admirable. 24-hour staff on-site gives added peace of mind. Highly recommend! The entire team is friendly, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring that residents feel welcome and supported. From maintenance requests to general inquiries, they've always been quick to respond and resolve any issues.

I love the care takers of the apartment, Ana and Todd. They have made my experience here a breeze. They’re always available to help me, regardless the issue. They even reached out to maintenance on my behalf to ensure the things I need fixed are handled with urgency. To locking myself out the building, to keeping the building clean, they do it all. They’re work does not go unnoticed.

They are the best, very respectful and always helpful. When they're asked to do something, they get it done quickly.
Park Plaza is a great place to call home. The staff is always nice and easy to talk with. The grounds are always kept clean by friendly courteous workers. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else.
I like the fact that work orders are completed within a decent amount of time. Maintenance guy is always friendly.
Great experience so far! Apartments have awesome amenities, are located in a good location, and management has always been friendly and helpful. Other than some issues with break-ins which happened in my building, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here so far.
Having your own washer and dry is a big plus! The rent here is very affordable too.

My building is kept looking and smelling good. I appreciate the capacity for quiet and the buildings temperature is comfortable. The close proximity to shopping and groceries is a big bonus. Our property manager is consistently easy to locate and contact if needed. Necessary information is distributed well with signage and flyers.
Kyle is very professional and friendly. All work orders are completed in a reasonable time. The building is kept clean and neat. This is a good place to live.
Park Plaza Apartments is a great place to live. My unit is spacious and has a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is close to shopping and transportation. I would recommend Park Plaza to anyone looking for a safe, well maintained place to live.
