Each 3BR/1BA unit is composed of 3 individual bedrooms with a common bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Bedrooms are leased individually, single occupancy. This ideal location is adjacent to SUNY Fredonia and across from a campus bus stop. Our apartments come fully furnished and include full-size kitchens, high-speed internet, and secure entry.Additional amenities include 24 hour emergency maintenance, On-site Management, free summer storage, walking distance to campus, and is Village of Fredonia Fire Prevention and Building Code Certified.
