the apartment is very clean and everything is very quiet, but be careful, first ask to see the lease, before paying, because they asked me for the rent and the deposit after paying $3300, they sent me the lease, I was not in agreement agreement with the contract and I asked for my money to be returned and they told me that they did not know how much money they were going to return to me in a few words they forced me to rent, and accept that contract, 1- they charged me $53 dollars for making the contract on the 31st January when I moved in on the 5th for no reason they charged me $53 2-then they charged me 43 dollars a month for a 7-month contract, 3-the deposit was $500 I said so and then they told me that not $1650 because of my credit nowhere did it say that from 630 to 700 you had to pay more than a deposit, in a few words they have many hidden things that they do not mention to you and after you pay they tell you that there is no refund and you have to pay everything they want if you do not lose what what did you pay
Very clean place, great customer and management. Very respectful, nice and hardworking maintenance guy. He will come quickly when we need him. Clean pool and upgraded pool area. Excellent apartments

I lived there from February of 2019-20. There were a few issues but none worth mentioning. The main issue was the roach infestation. I’m talking so bad I couldn’t leave my food on the counter for a minute without one crawling onto my plate. The exterminator came weekly. By the time I moved, the bugs were still there. 0/10. RUN.
