I lived here over a year and it been nice, if any issues have come up the matiance team was been quick to resolve. The office staff have been great.
Apartment literally started to fall apart. Mold and mildew on the walls, no ac in the summer. Horrible bug problem, we pay pest control for nothing ! Save your money
I have been living here for 1 and 1/2 years. it's a nice complex, quiet and clean. maintenance is available never any issues. my view is of the pond, which I love. its just a good place to live.
Tiny apartments, management never returns emails, pay for pest control but still have bugs. Promised updated apartment and didn’t get it. nothing works properly and over priced

The minute my fiance and I walked into the office to go on our tour the staff was super friendly. The maintenance team gets repairs done usually within 24-48 hours if not sooner. The gym is nice for having one. Recommend!
Park Place was the first place I moved after living with my parents. The staff makes the complex welcoming and enjoyable. We had our lights changed and the maintenance staff was so nice! Definitely worth the money to stay here!
My husband and I have lived here for 2 years. The one bedroom was great for us just starting out although it was small for all of our stuff! We now life in the three bedroom and have tons more space. We’ve had some pesky bug issues but the team here has taken care of it and the exterminator comes once or twice a month.
To start off, the front office staff is so extremely kind and will help with any questions you may have. The apartment itself is extremely nice and spacious, if you have a problem the wonderful maintenance team is quick to help! They also have a beautiful pond in the center that I really enjoy going down to to read a good book and write. My absolute favorite part is the salt water pool! The chairs are padded, with chairs in the shade and the sun, whatever is best for you. I’ve lived here for a while now and it has honestly been so nice, almost like a little vacation spot when I want to get a tan by the pool. Highly highly recommend park place apartments to anyone interested!
I called on a Sunday because my freezer stopped working and was making very loud noises, and the maintenance guy came in to look at it ON HIS DAY OFF! The very next morning the guys installed a new fridge for me, I wasn’t home so they literally had to take everything out of my old fridge and put it back in my new fridge, and it looked so nice and neat! I am so appreciative of there fast response, they always respond quickly!

Park Place Apartments is a wonderful place to live! It was mine and my husband's first home together and we lived there for 3 years. There's so many amenities to take advantage of, as we did! The atmosphere is very calm and quiet, and walking around the pond with our dog was always relaxing. The maintenance staff was professional and fixed issues in a timely manner when we had them. We always recommend Park Place to our friends when they are looking for their new home, as we know they'll be as happy there as we were! Thank you Park Place!!
The WORST place I've ever lived. Really cruddy apartments, everything is gross and breaks but they never fix it. Just slap a bandaid on it. Office staff is horrible. They release personal info to other tenants. The only way to get things done is by calling cooperate over and over. They're way too expensive and find every way possible to charge you for anything.
This place is great if you enjoy paying a lot of money for a small, dumpy place. If that is what you want then you may also like some of the other features here such as dog poop constantly on the grounds, or electric outlets that don't work, or not having a light in a bedroom (you get a light switch but no light). If you enjoy people smoking weed above you or having those same people searched and arrested in front of your apartment then again this is the place to call home. Or you could just pay someone else around town the same amount or less money for a better, safer, cleaner place.
These apartments are wonderful, very spacious and with updated kitchens and appliances. The people in the office are wonderful to work with and so are the maintenance people. They have beautiful landscape and an on sight 24 hour gym. This place is such a nice, quiet, spacious place to live, even with having two dogs! I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking in this area! One more thing, they are 5 minutes from the closest naval base and 15 minutes from the busy part of town, its a great location as well.
Nice place to live! Quick maintenance fixes. Wonderful office staff.
