I like how quiet it is and how homey everything is. I do struggle with raising my baby alone but these places are so welcoming with that and that we have a dog
Park Place has 2 bedroom and townhome apartments. They are owned by a managememt comoany, there is no on-site manager. There are garages, a parking lot as well as a laundry facility. It is generally very quiet and most tenants are young couples and small families. The apartments need upgrading, but all come with a fireplace and a.c. The townhomes have full sized washers and dryers. Monthly rent rate between $535-$735
