Park Place Apartments

Park place is a beautiful, quiet and updated property. Jennifer in the front office is always helpful and has helped me with every single thing I’ve need at this property especially with transferring units. She deserves a raise with all she does to help the community. -KS

My husband and I recently moved to Park Place while having our house built. The process to aquire an apartment was very easy.. online application process was quick and easy. The Leasing Consultant has full knowledge of property and amenties. We was very impressed from the moment we pulled onto the property. The apartments are very well maintained and cleaned prior to move in. Apartments have been updated and are very spacious. The grounds are well kept. Very quite community. Glad to call this home !

Well maintained, quite area for the most part, price reflects the quality

Just moved in. Process was seamless and easy.. Application was online which I love that. Took a tour of the property and without a doubt , this company takes pride in the property.. The office lady was great . Maintenance guys were on point when I put in a Maintenance request. I love it here already..Location is close to everything.

My husband and I have lived at Park Place since May 2020. We fell in love with New Albany, and we fell in love with our apartment — that is until Wogan Group took over management in December 2021. After initially receiving a letter stating our rental amount will remain the same, we then received another letter a month later stating there would be a 5% increase, in addition to a $45 “community package” fee which was not clarified as being an additional cost on top of our newly increased rent. When my husband and I went to the front office with our complaints and concerns, we had three different discussions with three different employees, the last of whom either refused to understand why we were upset or could not see why they were in the wrong. Based on further research, Wogan Group seems to be the issue, and we are inclined to believe such because we have never had a problem with our apartment before. BEWARE!

We moved here in March and are enjoying the property. It is very conveniently located and close to everything. The maintenance crew is Excellent and very fast. You just request maintenance on the app and they complete the repairs the same day when possible. The fitness center is very clean and the equipment is nice. It’s very quiet and peaceful sitting on our patio. Looking forward to the pool opening Memorial Day weekend.

On a positive note, the place is nice. they got gym and pool. We’ve been here for a few years. It was a pleasant experience until Wogan mgt took over. The price went up but the service went down. The new manager needs to be more professional and customer oriented. Won’t do anything to help you unless it is according to their “policy”. Won’t even offer seat to visitors. She’s very apathetic and inconsiderate and just there for the money. I hope Wogan would consider a different person for that position, otherwise, this place is going down. Pool isn’t even open and our access card doesn’t work so there’s no point of having a gym and pool where no one can enter. The front Gate has been busted for months now and do not even attempt to ask help for maintenance. Guarantee you will be disappointed. Oh, we got potholes now too. But the place it self is nice.

I’m Johnelle Pryor jr I’ve been a residence here at park place apartments for 6 years I’ve enjoyed my stay here very nice n elegant. Access to my job is close. Even though their is new staff things haven’t changed they are nice. And friendly as well. And is also making. Better improvements. The old staff was also very professional and willing to help accommodate any problems as well. To stay at Park Place Apartments n join the family. U want be disappointed

I live at Park Place and I love it! The new management and office staff are amazing!! The property is undergoing many upgrades since being under new management! The grounds are very well kept, new breezeway lights and street lights make the property light up at night! Our courtesy officer is seen walking the property and is very friendly. The property manager and her leasing consultant is always eager to help anyway they can.. All maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently by the dedicated maintenance staff! I would highly recommend Park Place to anyone looking for a home in the New Albany area..

I lived in park place since 2015 it is a peaceful place and nice apartments. After the new management the place is getting way better. They are doing many changes everyday. They are fixing, cleaning the place tremendously! I requested maintenance two times and they just came once I sent the request. Fixed the stove properly and I just enjoy living there. Thank you new management we appreciate the good work you are doing.

These apartments were amazing but as soon as Wogan Management took over it went downhill. We were first received a letter saying that our rent would not increase now every single month we are getting updates about rent increases or “amenity fees” it’s ridiculous! They also had the audacity to put warning tickets on residents cars for things that are not included in our lease. I hate to see that this amazing property has gone downhill please bring old management back !

Parkland Place is now under new management and their staff is working hard to enhance the appearance of the property as well as new lights, new playground, enlarged pet park and basketball goals for the youth in this gated community. Staff is friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you might have. A safe community for the elderly as well as young folks.

I’ve been living in park place for the past year. It has been a wonderful experience and overall a great community. I have not had one problem since I’ve been living here. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quite. Apartment are very updated and well kept together. One of the best location to live in New albany,MS. The staff is also great and will assist you a very quick time frame. They are also making amazing chances and great updates to the apartment. 10/10 recommend.
