I've been here for a little over a year, right at the beginning Gladys the manager the way she introduced her self I felt it was a friendly place to be,right after she showed me around the building and I fault in love with it. Very clean,Very quite just a lovely place to live. It's been a year little more I have no complaints Very few times I had the maintenance need and a matter of a day or two,issues get repaired. By the way the best maintenance guy here. I hope I stay here for a long time. Thanks management.
I am writing to share my experience living at Park Manor Apartments. I have rated this property as excellent because it is exceptionally well cared for. The management consistently keeps the grounds meticulously maintained, with weekly mowing, a clean swimming pool, and the property is always spotless. Furthermore, if you have a maintenance issue in your apartment, the staff addresses it right away. It is a very peaceful place to live, and I would strongly suggest it to anyone considering this area. I have lived here for 15 years and highly recommend it. Best regards, Dee Anna
Park Manor Apartments has been my home for the past seven years, and it is going to be so sad to part ways. Particularly because Gladys has been the most exceptional manager. It is such a gift to have a manager who is looking out for everyone and who works so hard to make the apartment a better place, every day. Frankly, I don’t know how she does all that she does. I have a door living in this apartment, it is spacious, it is beautiful, and if it were possible, I would be staying for many years more. I will always be so grateful for the time that I’ve had here.
This place is not as advertised, no heat this winter, they shut off utilities without notice. The manager (Gladys) will lie and break the law. Look elsewhere for somewhere to live.
I lived here for a little over three years, it really is a great place to live. Maintenance is always quick, the pool is great in the summer, and the area is super convenient!
I absolutely love this apartment for so many reasons, but this review is primarily for Gladys, the manager at Park Manor Apartments. She is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been here for many years, and seen multiple managers, and Gladys is the absolute best! Especially during the many changes during the pandemic, she went above and beyond to ensure that her tenants felt safe, listened to and educated. She works hard to improve the apartments regularly and is constantly keeping us posted on renovations or ways to keep the apartments a safe place. I’ve always loved it here at Park Manor Apartments, but with Gladys as manager, it feels more like home than ever. Thank you Gladys!!!
I’ve been here since January 2022 I’ve never really had any problem with the office or any neighbors. The pool is nice the gym is nice and the AC works well. Rodolto the maintenance man is always on top of his work and gets to any repairs in a reasonable timeframe. He also is just a very nice guy who is always smiling and saying hi around the apartment complex. Gladys is the lady in the front office and she is wonderful as well! She’s always there to answer any questions I have and accommodate any needs I might have as well. If I wasn’t moving in with a couple buddies next year I would 100% stay here it’s perfect.
I moved here last year and so far no complains. The on-site manager Gladys is nice and helpful getting things done. I like that my apartment is facing the courtyard which is always quiet. Considering that it's right on Sepulveda Blvd it's surprisingly very quiet and well maintained property. The Laundry room as well as the gym are always clean and available. The walls are pretty thin. I can hear when someone is taking a shower but I have pretty quiet neighbors so it doesn't bother me too much. I like that this property has a pool and lots of balconies. And also its location is central and convenient.
Ok place to live but make sure to thoroughly ask questions before you get the apt. Apt with balcony and without is the same price.. that’s a bit odd. It’s terrrrribly noisy all the time.. there’s always some one moving the small patch of grass outside or drilling something. I’ve gotten used to the place I guess but very tired of being woken up by someone right outside my window making a ruckus.
This apartment complex is a diamond in the rough. Very well kept and maintained. However, the walls and floors here are paper thin. I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbor makes (plus they have a subwoofer so it just vibrates the whole apartment) and also I can hear what movies my next door neighbor watches all the time. Other than the constant sound nuisances, its a good place.
BEEN LIVING HERE FOR 7 MONTH. I LIKE THE BLDG JUST WISH THEY WOULD UPDATE A FEW THINGS. THEY NEED TO FINISH PAINTING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THEY NEED TO PAINT THE LINES AND #'S ON THE PARKING SPACES. THEY NEED TO CUT BACK THE TREES (ACTUALLY HIRE A NEW GARDENER). THE FITNESS ROOM NEEDS UPGRADING. I FEEL THE RENT IS FAIR FOR WHAT YOU GET AND I DO SEE MYSELF STAYING HERE A COUPLE OF MORE YEARS. OH AND HOW ABOUT TELLING THOSE 420 SMOKERS TO SMOKE ON BALCONY/PATIO ONLY CAUSE WHEN YOU SMOKE IN YOUR APT, IT COMES THRU THE VENTS AND WALLS!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback on our community here at Park Manor. I am unable to see who made this posting. However, I am happy to inform you or point out if you are still a resident here that, all of the building landscaping has been redone, the building has been repainted inside and out, new apartment numbers have been added to each door, over 30 trees have been cut down and removed, and the fitness center has been repainted and will have two new pieces of equipment added next week. We have also added glass memo cases around the community and in the elevators so that residents can be informed on what's going on in the community. Now that the community has a new manager with a plethora of fresh and innovative idea, the residents at Park Manor can look forward to seeing upgrades and refreshing touching happening within the community.
My Apartment is great, I am on the bottom floor which I am grateful for, Thus I don't have to use the creepy elevator. "My personal thought on elevators in general."Other then that I would call this place a Diamond In The Rough. Good Price, Good Vibes, And prime location.
