Park Lane at Garden State Park

My short stay at the apartments have been exceptional. Dawn and the clubhouse staff have been great and very helpful. Always with a big smile and hello. Maintenance staff very responsive and courteous as well as helpful. A pleasure all around!

I have been a resident at Park Lane for almost six months. So far my experience has been outstanding. The staff is exceptional (friendly as well as professional), from sales representative, to maintenance, to concierge services. Dawn, who has been very helpful even went out of her way to aid me when I needed to retrieve a lost item. The porter for the property, Luis, takes such good care to keep his areas of the building very clean and in good order. I truly appreciate the attention by the entire staff to keeping the property well maintained and to providing enjoyable activities for the residents.

The staff here is so accommodating. The maintenance staff, especially Norberto, is very attentive to any issues you have. I highly recommend this place. It is pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.

Great Place To Live! I have lived here over nine years, and this is the best place to live. Dawn that works at the clubhouse is outstanding, she always there to help you with things. Dawn really goes above and beyond to make you time in the clubhouse great. All I can say is thank you Dawn.

I have lived at Park Lane for 10 years and it is the best place to Live in Cherry Hill. The staff is excellent and Dawn Amato has become the face of Park Lane for the excellent service she and the team provide. When a work order gets put in it is handled quickly. They have a great pool and Gym. The location is also excellent. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and Grocry Stores in walking distance.

Living at Park Lane for the past three months has been an incredible experience. The apartment, location, and commute to work initially captivated me, but it was the concierge service that truly set this place apart. Dawn, our friendly and helpful concierge, is the heart and soul of our community. She goes above and beyond for the residents, always willing to lend a helping hand and making sure everyone feels valued and supported. Without Dawn, this place wouldn’t be the same.

Great place to live! The ladies who work at the club house do an outstanding job making you feel at home here. They are always planning activities and events that are so adorable! Holiday coffee bar, movie nights, football parties, summer bbqs, etc. The clubhouse and buildings are immaculately clean and the people are so nice! The staff who work here really go above and beyond- they truly make this a great place to live!

I recently downsized, sold my home and moved into a two BR unit at Park Lane. I looked at 4 other apartments in the area, two of them are brand new. There was no comparison in the size of the units and the overall quality of the buildings. Park Lane, was by far, the most spacious and luxurious of them all, despite the other locations using the word "luxury" in the description. Once we decided on Park Lane, everything from the lease application process to the move was exceptional. The staff is so incredibly accommodating and friendly. I have only been living here for two weeks, but I am beyond happy with the decision.

I toured with Francine, she is amazing to work with, she showed me 2 bedrooms with large balconies and amazing views. The concierge, Iris was really polite and nice ,I liked it so much I will definitely bring my application.This community is so convenient! It is ideally located between major shopping centers and just a few minutes drive from every store imaginable. The staff here is super friendly and super helpful. The apartments look more like a hotel than an apartment complex. They are modern and very clean.

We've only lived here for about a month but so far we really like it. It has been a nice change from our previous apartment in the city. Our apartment here has lots of room, closet space, and cabinet space. There is also plenty of parking and the location is super convenient with Wegmans and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the apartment is also nice and modern and we are glad to have a gas stove again. Our biggest complaints so far are the lack of a garbage disposal and ice maker. We are getting used to it but you'd expect a place this nice and expensive to at least have garbage disposals. Also, we are disappointed that the pet fees are so high. We were hoping to get some foster kittens, but the extra fees are just too much. We were a little nervous about being on the second floor and the neighbors above us do seem to jump around a lot, but overall it's not bad. The gym and pool are really nice, and apparently they have free breakfast for the residents on Sundays, so we are planning to go tomorrow for the first time. All of the staff have also been very friendly and helpful so far, and they made the lease signing and move-in process very easy.

Recently moved in. Brand new apartment never been lived in. Promised luxury and easy living. The area is nice. Upon moving in the refrigerator was broken, the apartment did not appear to be cleaned well as the bathroom was dirty and the toilet in one of the bathrooms had issues. 2 weeks later the second bathroom had issues and doesn’t flush. The noise is outrageous. Can hear the neighbors above stomping around to the point that our chandelier shakes. The A/C was broken as well. Called maintenance and they were not able to fix it so we had to sleep with no A/C on the hottest day of the year. Management continues to come and fix things, but for the amount I pay I shouldn’t be dealing with this. Very diappointed. Don’t get tricked into these apartments like I did. They won’t let you leave

Refrigerator, toilet were broken. Not particurarly soundproofed.

Buildings have mice due to contruction! Don’t move here unless you want to be living with Stuart little! Went to use the bathroom and there was a mouse in my toliet anf management would not let me break my lease due to these conditions!

Perfect little community nestled Behind sooo many great shops and restaurants... and also near the Cherry Hill Mall. We Love this place because of it’s location and class. Top notch staff and the clubhouse is great for entertaining, relaxing, enjoying the fire pit outback or working out in the 24hr gymn. This place has everything, and more!

The apartments look more like a hotel than an apartment complex. They are modern and very clean. It is quiet but there are people always around. The clubhouse has great amenities. My apartment is gorgeous with an awesome sunset view of the Philly skyline. And it’s super safe. I don’t have any complaints. Even my super picky family members were impressed by apartment and the community. I love it here!
