The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Knoll
Moved in on 10/20/16. Cindy is the manager and she is professional, sincere and fast to respond to all inquiries. Worked with us moving from North Dakota. Has a 24-hour answering service for maintenance emergencies and Cindy is fast to respond to non emergent maintenance issues. I've met only kind people living at Park Knoll who tell me we all look out for each other. I feel safe here. Located just off of Battlefield parkway we are close to everything- storage, Walmart, doctors, banks, malls and Chattanooga is 15 minutes away.
If you are looking for a place to call "home" you will find it at Park Knoll Apartments. This complex is in a great area. It is a bit older but well maintained and a hidden gem. It is a very peaceful community, close to shopping, schools and restaurants. Some in walking distance. The gated pool is an added bonus. The maintenance and office staff are quick to resolve any issues. Great neighborhood to raise kids. Very clean and quiet complex. The school bus stop is at it's entrance. One of the things that has stood out to me about this complex was something learned after moving in. Occasionally this area does have storms that causes power failures. This complex is adjacent to a church and close to the first aid squad and evacuation shelter (high school). We very seldom have been at loss of power here even in the roughest of storms when most of the area was out. Thus....hidden gem.
