The staff is friendly and very helpful. Perfect location in the heart of Hollywood Florida, close to everything. Apartments are clean lots of things to do near by.
Me and my husband have been living in this complex for 6 months. The team have been wonderful Murray is always helpful and attentive. Any repair issues which have arisen, have been resolved in both proper and timely manner. Maintenance staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they make every effort to assess and complete repairs the same day. The location is amazing so close to everything from the beach, to shopping plazas, highways, restaurants you name it. We looked at different properties before deciding on this place. Believe me when I say this property was by far the cleanest, safest place we saw and the best price in such an amazing neighborhood.
I've lived here since last year, the area is truly quiet and beautiful. You have all your local shops nearby, Downtown Hollywood, the beach, Aventura Mall is only 15 minutes away. The office staff, especially Murray, is truly a sweetheart, he always makes sure your issues are resolved in a timely manner. Maintenance staff are very polite, professional and always helpful when I reached out. Park Hollywood is truly a great and comfortable place to live whether your single or have a family.
I've been a resident of Park Hollywood since January 2017, and now I love it. Building is under new ownership and management since mid 2017, and the improvements so far have been amazing. Property manager and maintenance staff are very friendly, diligent, and quick to respond. I really love the peace and quite. Location is great!!! I would recommend this property to anyone.
In general terms, I like the place , mainly because of the location. I've been living here since Nov 2017, and I'm very comfortable with this apartment community. The Property Manager ( Murray) is exceptional!!!. Whenever, I have a maintenance issue, It's dealt immediately. I'm happy and highly recommend it to anyone.
Staying at Park Hollywood Apartments is one of the best places I have ever lived in. Starting with the excellent staff ( Property Management and Maintenance) are great, always willing to help. Adjust to my budget, the property is very well kept and is conveniently located.
