Beautiful grounds and overall I like living here. I do wish there was reviews on the parking issues before I rented. I understand you may not obtain a spot right outside your unit but parking 2/3 buildings down constantly is an issue. These are luxury apartments so I feel I shouldn’t need to park that far away in what I consider overflow parking. There is garages to rent but over my budget.

I have lived at Parkhill at Fairlawn for three years! The community is quiet and clean. The front office staff are kind and very pleasant. Maintenance does an awesome job and responds quickly. I have no complaints. It is a wonderful place to live!

My family and I have lived her for over 3 years now, and by far it's been the most stress free and enjoyable place we've ever lived. The grounds are always well maintained year round. Maintenance, when needed, is prompt and courteous - always goes above and beyond. Management has always been a pleasure to deal with. It's not hard to tell that they take pride in this community. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area or that is moving to the area to consider Park Hill at Fairlawn. Keep up the good work!

My wife and I have lived at Park Hill for almost 2 years and we're really enjoying it. Residents are really nice and mellow and the staff has always been friendly and accomodating. It's a great place to live with tranquil ponds featuring ducks and geese. Never any issues with loud music or parties and always feel safe walking my dogs even very late at night. The staff is very prompt with maintenance requests. Also, the apartments are really spacious and have lots of closet space. Location is super convenient as well.

I have been living at Park Hill for almost two years. The maintenance staff and office staff have always been helpful and courteous at all times. They truly take care of and value the people that live here. The only negative is that when we moved in there was talk about our unit getting new flooring due to some spots on the carpet left by the previous tenants but we never saw it come to fruition.

Park Hill Apartments are great! It is a very safe community with friendly residents. It's location to the highway is very convenient. The pool, gym, and dog park are always kept nice and clean. Maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner.

We've been here since 2015. We really feel like this is home for us. We enjoy feeling pretty safe so we can walk around to see the ponds and ducks. In the summer the pool is wonderful! They also have a dog park for our fur baby. If we have a maintenance problem, they are very prompt and accommodating. Overall it's a nice place to live and the office staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Park Hill Management genuinely cares about their residents and their living quality. The maintenance team is very efficient and proactive in solving even the most minute issues. We relocated to Ohio in April, 2020. Although it was a rather quick move, we did make a 2 day trip to the Cleveland area to look at rental properties. None of them met even our most minimum expectations. Disheartened, we returned to our previous home, still looking for a place to call our new home, with less than a week before we were scheduled to move. When we contacted Parkhill online, Jodi almost instantly responded. We didn't want to rent a place without seeing it first, but had little choice. Jodi did the next best thing for us, a virtual tour that was very well done by John. In the tour video, he explained what the differences would be between the unit he was showing us and the unit that we were looking at, showed us the amenities, and just did a great job. Based on John's tour, we decided that this would make a wonderful place to call home. Our approval process was fast, friendly, professional, and quite easy. In less than 48 hours from our initial contact we had our approval. Did I mention that all of this was happening in the middle of the Coronavirus shutdown?! With all of the uncertainty of what was to come, it was refreshing and comforting to have such a pleasant experience in applying for and securing our new home. Since we moved in, we have witnessed that the gounds are impeccably maintained, maintenance requests are almost immediately taken care of, communication with and from the staff is always prompt, courteous, and professional, and the residents are very friendly! In a world full of madness and uncertainty, coupled with the stress of our move to a strange land, knowing less than nothing about the area, Jodi, Brian, John, all of the staff, and the residents at Parkhill made our scary move much less scary.

So I wanted to give it a few months before I did my review. I just moved back to Ohio since my husband is deployed. When I first spoke to them Jodi was amazing. She knew my needs and just laid it our like she could read me. Its in the perfect school district, everyone here is so nice and so helpful. The community is so clean and so beautiful. This is am amazing place to live for me and my boys.

Property is impeccably maintained. All repairs and requests are answered almost immediately by competent maintenance department. The grounds are full of trees sidewalks and lakes,it is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes anywhere in Akron. And above all the staff are very personable friendly and they care. We have lived at Park Hill for a year now and we love it! With a family and a dog, it’s so nice to have plenty of space around the community to enjoy the outdoors together. Everything is very clean and kept up extremely well. Also the staff and maintenance team are very helpful and kind, always respond to requests promptly and answer any questions throughly.

Apartments are good size and neighbors are nice. The grounds are well kept and the service team is great. The rent, however, is too high for what the place has. There are many apartments around with the same type of washer/dryer/ etc priced for far less than this place. The only other place around here priced anywhere near what Parkhill wants are apartments that have been updated. Parkhill has not been updated.
I love living in Parkhill, it is safe, well maintained and responsive to maintenance issues. Excellent accessibility to freeway and close to Summit mall. Management is awesome and if you put in a request they always follow up with a phone call or email making sure you are satisfied with their repair or task. Very dog friendly and neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Can't beat the location here. Just seconds from the highway or a few minutes to the multiple shopping plazas in the area. Management is kind, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend them.
extremely noisy, poor construction, and location (right on the 77 North highway so 24/7 high speed ..noise), arrogant management. Toooooo expensive for an old, provincial, outdated community and behavior. They take care of the grass and the pavements though.

Park Hill was built in 1997, frame & brick construction built to proper code for multifamily living, including sound-proofing. Park Hill has an incredibly unique property location and layout, being located just off I-77 on 22 acres of mature landscaping. We're just a few minutes from the shopping in Fairlawn, but set in a residential area. We certainly do take great pride in maintaining our property in every way, from an immaculately clean and presented apartment at move in, to the grounds on a daily basis with our in-house, professional maintenance staff and our landscapers. Affording a convenient location to the freeway, residents can expect to hear the freeway at times and apartments facing the interstate are priced accordingly. I always regret when someone feels they were not treated with proper respect when coming to me with a complaint, as it is my number one goal to legitimize the issues and do what I can to support and correct a problem. If there is even something small I can do to make someone more comfortable, I am willing to do it! I hope you’ll give us a call and see for yourself how welcoming and accommodating we are.
