Property Ratings at Park Heights Apartments
We had questions and concerns regarding our stay here at Park Heights. I have been working with Valerie, the leasing agent for over a week. She has helped us easily solve all issues with professionalism, knowledge, and a smile. I highly recommend a tour with Valerie as she knows the business and is a straight shooter. Only once in a while an employee of her caliber comes around and Valerie is one of them.
This place is worst of the worst trashy neighborhood with rude neighbors and management staff that truly couldn’t care less. Stay away!!
The maintenance staff onsite is speedy with repairs and super friendly. To be specific Chris is amazing! Anytime I have a maintenance request he is prompt to respond, knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and is very personable. Overall, the property is pretty quiet and clean.
You could do a lot worse than this place. There’s been some issues in the past, but the new manager is working really hard to turn things around and enforce a higher standard for the complex. Also Bella is an absolute star, she’s so helpful and does her best to help out in anyway she can. They’re patient and understanding and have actually helped me out a lot, I’m grateful to live here!
Don’t be tricked by pictures and fake reviews this place is gross with bugs and nasty neighbors
Loved living here , never had any problems with either neighbors nor management . When ever I needed anything fixed management took care of my needs, just want to say thank you to everyone at park height management best of luck

We went to a few places before here and this was the cleanest complex! The ladies in the office were above and beyond what one would expect with customer service. As moving is unsettling, they made it happen in the most friendly, professional way which made us relieved and comfortable in our choice. Thank you Maria for being so helpful!

Today me and my gf went to go view these apartments and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the leasing consultant Janessa and the manager Maria. They are the sweetest and completely sold us on the apartments that are spacious and very very pretty the complex itself is clean and peaceful which i love you can definitely tell its managed very very well. We’re putting in an application and definitely hope to live here soon!!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures provided this place is a mess! From bugs to poor management this place is a all around circus. For this price that seems to change every 3 days there is much better out there

The counter tops are painted on. They are not granite like the Pictures try to make them seem. Also The water here is cloudy white and will leave a white residue on the Bathroom sinks. Also try not to scrub to hard on the counter tops because you will scrub the counter top paint away. Other than that The apartments do have High Ceiling. Apartments are Insulated not much Noise from The traffic. They are making improvements in the outside. Gate does not work.

The current manager, Maria is super rude and unprofessional. If I had more than 50 characters to type, this would turn into a novel. I know the price may seem reasonable but trust me.. this place has been a nightmare to live in. You can tell the quality of people working here when u compare to how trashed the place is. Plus roaches everywhere.. go elsewhere, don’t support this terrible place.

The lady’s in the office are so rude & unhelpful. I called with my questions & concerns only to have them talk over me and cut me off. They gave me very little information and had attitude with me. If you come here expect to have a hard time with your paperwork & a hard time with people in the leasing office.

How you say gas included when everything is electric seriously. Closets are not walk in either only one parking spot everything else is parking in street where you cant even see you cars, to where cars have been broken into.

This place is infested with roaches ... since the day I moved In and nothing was in the apartment , I walked in and they were in the dish washer , bathroom , everywhere ! You walk outside at night and u see them . Water is always off and plumbing sucks ! Lately hot water has been an issue . You either have to let your water run a good 30 minuets to get any or take a shower In cold water even after u wait . We pay water here so the longer u wait the higher the bill obviously. Only thing I will say is that the new management seems to be nicer although they’re always closing early .

We have live at Park Heights Apartments for over 3 years and until recently we have not had any problems. With this new management company we have had a problem that has not been resolved in almost two months. NO HOT WATER.

Too many problems with the water being turned off for repairs and when you move you will not get your deposits back no matter how clean you left the place and the apartments have high theft

We are upset to see how dissatisfied you were. If you are not aware, the community is now managed by Afton Properties and it is our goal to keep our residents satisfied. Unfortunately due to the year that community was built, there is only one boiler per building and water has to be shut off for emergency repairs. Although we do make it our goal to have everything up and running as soon as possible. With the recent change in management, we aim to make Park Heights a safe, friendly, and enjoyable community for all current and future residents. Park Heights keep pushing new tougher rules against visitors, before we were given a pass so visitors can park without being towed and it was good for 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, obviously there was no restrictions so you could had a visitor at any day or time but now the pass it's only good until 10:00 pm, so if a visitor had a few drinks can't stay over night or the car would be towed away or park it in the street but the problem is that there is no parking available outside, too many people park outside and you take the risk of your car being stolen or vandalized. When you call them to fix something they ignore you and take forever to come and do the repairs needed, some times maintenance is going to do some plumbing work and they never have the decency to advice the residents that the water it's going to be shut off for hours, very rude and unprofessional management.

This place is infested with roaches. The people that live here are very ghetto and loud and let their kids play all night and day outside being loud! The gates stay broke so theres no real security. They take a long time to repair any of your issues. Their pool been locked down all summer do to a issue they refuse to fix just as they do with the apartments. The place is not worth its value. Parc view apartments need to be shut down period. If you don't mind living with loud neighbors, roaches and no security paying over priced rent then this is the place for you!

The tow company they use, Wilson towing (owned and operated by a felon) is ridiculously shady. So if you don't mind your friends, family and on occasion your own car being towed regularly then by all means this is a great place to live. They ignore repairs, when I called in the fact that my ac was leaking all over the hall the maintenance guy literally shrugged his shoulders and told me "it's just old" but That didn't stop them from taking the water damaged carpet out of my security deposit when I left. Not to mention the incredibly loud neighbors, screaming children running around at all hours, or the fact that it's near impossible to use their laundry facilities given that half of the machines are out of order, they don't have nearly enough machines for all the tenants and they lock it up at 10pm whether your laundry is still in there or not. But raising the rent after I only lived there for a year was really the last straw, this place is not worth the money or the hassle, if I were you I'd keep looking.
