Fern Hill is a large suburban community nestled between Highway 100 and the Minneapolis Lakes District. Home to an even mix of single-family homes with large lots as well as convenient apartments, Fern Hill continues being an idyllic community to raise a family.
Twin Lakes Park and Fern Hill Park are two common green spaces in the area. A couple of schools and houses of worship make up the community, and they are in walking distance of Fern Hill apartments.

Property Ratings at Park Embassy
The price per square footage is quite good for the area. Leasing agent and solo repair man are nice and quick to respond but lack attention to detail (maybe understaffed). General care of the unit was somewhat questionable, water pooled underneath the tub, someone grouted over shims to level the toilet, and the tub knobs were stripped. It could be worse. The building is old so issues come with the territory, for instance I went a month without AC and had two leaks in my ceiling. Water hardness is horrible. Never had issues with any residents or noise. If you’re fine with an older building and good enough maintenance I think this is a fine option for the area.
Lived here almost two years now-property is kept very clean, there is always parking, and maintenance is quick to fix things. We are in the smallest 1BR 1BA that they offer, it is just right for two people plus a pet. I like the community of people that live here, I have met many cool people doing lots of different things. Residents are also helpful-holding doors, helping carry stuff, turning in lost money or credit cards, moving each others packages behind the locked door so there aren't thefts. We will be here until we buy a house. Management is very friendly and we appreciate them!
Lived at Park Embassy for 2 years and loved every minute of it. Plenty of space in the apartment and for parking. Loved the nature- we saw so many deer on the property! Steve is simply the best and cares for his tenants. Do yourself the favor and come in to meet Steve and see for yourself.

I lived here for a year and it's one of the best apartments I have ever lived at. The apartment manager Steve was always on top of everything and was nice to all the tenants. The apartments are huge and inexpensive. I would recommend people.

Great location; management is great to work with. We got a remodel while living there and they didn't skyrocket rent. Parking lot was plowed in a timely manner and with plenty of notice. I lived here for three years. I lived in other apartments throughout the years and this was definitely the best one.

I just started to rent at park embassy. It's a great place! I'm 25 years old and loved this area. Steve is the property manager he made sure that I got everything I wanted for my upcoming enrollment. Brand new furniture and appliances, wooden floor and brand new carpet! And all that for a great price. I love this place. The people living around are respectful and nice. I made an emergency call at 5 am and Steve was there to answer my questions ASAP and reassured me. The operation crew are hard working people and always greet you with a smile. I did my research and park embassy is the best bang for the buck in St-Louis park/Up town area. It's located right next to a few beautiful lakes and summer over here is super hot! I have lived in many different locations in minnapolis and park embassy is the best great location great neighborhood friendly staff espically property manager steve .very quiet clean and spacious apartments off street parking also a pool .right on the bus line highly recommend very affordable.couldnt think of a better place to call home than right here at park embassy.

Great location near the lakes and uptown without the extra price tag. The units are extra large and well maintained. The staff responds quickly to any request. Security is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet. There is a nice park just behind the building. This place will make all your hipster friends look silly for paying twice what your paying to live a few block away.
