Property Ratings at Park East Apartments
This is the WORST neighborhood I’ve ever lived in. I’ve watched more than one person shoot another person on more than one occasion. Not to mention crack vials littered all over every inch of the playground. The 4 and 5 star reviews are FAKE!! Also my neighbor BLASTS me 24/7 with music and they REFUSE to do anything about it.

Place is great. Not too upgraded. Maintence is good and quick. But the property manager think she owns the property. She’s very rude and arrogant.

Referring to your comment regarding the manager and other team members of our on-site staff, we are asking for you to speak with the regional manager, Nicole by calling the corporate office at 410-766-8900. Providing your personal insight will assist with bettering communication efforts for the managers at each of our 14 locations. It is our goal to provide the customer service you deserve. Building: 4 Star -Only 6 apartments to a building and only up to 2 bedrooms so that definitely helps keep things calm. & Pest Control can come any Tuesday if you experience a problem. (Which I only used 2x in 5 years) Maintenance: 5 Star- Usually same day service. Office Staff: 2 Star- They changed recently and you can definitely tell. Last Minute warnings on building projects, tenants are doing things they hadn't before (kids not moving out road and weed smells...), snow removal took forever, and unorganized. Parking: 5 Star (because open) No headaches when guest visit. No towing Safety: 4 Star- Usually 5 star but lately I have had a few times of people in a car in the parking lot for long periods of time. (Maybe just smoking but catches a single female off guard at wee hours.) Grounds 4 Star- Construction of any type stretches longer than norm. Trash Bins are unsightly (they need to be bigger). Other than than, a beautiful well maintained property.
I've been living at Park East apartment for 10 months . The management and staff are very professional. During the week someone cleans and mops the hallways. Neighbors are very friendly, there are a lot of children which concerned me a bit because I'm not kid friendly lol, but they're very respectful and quite. The complex has a pool which is a plus and a easy accessible laundry room. The location of Park East apartment is perfect!! it's hidden in Rosedale, quite and yet close to everything.
Wonderful apartment in a nice neighborhood for my kids to grow up in and the nicest neighbors anyone can have. Love it here.

Park east apartments offers quiet living at a fair price. The management team is excellent and if there is ever a concern the response is immediate. Thus far I have been happy with the upkeep of the building and the property grounds. They even offer opportunities to participate in community events . Park East apartment is great place to live housed in a beautiful neighborhood.
Lots of closet space, pet friendly. Management changed but still great service.
