      I wouldn't recommend park crossing to anyone I know who is looking for an apartment near the area. Living here is not good. They have a very Poor maintenance service and very slow response to any concerns and issues. Clothes Dryer couldn’t even done it just a week. It’s been 2 weeks and no action done still. Very stressful and frustrating. Instead of doing laundry inside we are force to use our extra time to go out and do laundry. Wasted money and most especially wasted time.

When it comes to appliance-related issues, our maintenance team will always assess the equipment first and attempt repairs before a replacement is ordered. In situations where a replacement is necessary, we are dependent on our vendor’s delivery schedule, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks. Once the appliance arrives, installation is completed on the same day along with the delivery vendor. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process, and we value your input as it helps us continue improving our services.

      I think Park Crossing is a great place to live overall. I truly love it here. The apartments are nice and spacious. I haven’t had too many maintenance requests, but when I do submit them, they are handled / completed in a timely manner. It is a pet friendly environment with pet stations in several places on the property. The complex does a good job of keeping the grounds clean. There has been a little bit of a change in the level of noise with the arrival of new residents since Park Crossing started offering income based rentals. There is a bit of a stray cat problem but not too much of an issue unless you’re walking a dog. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live with less than a five minute drive to I-80, Highway 12 and local shopping centers. If you’re looking to move, come check out Park Crossing.

      PC, manager, Vanessa Nieto, is very professional and displays a genuine concerns for the tenants comfortability and peaceful living environment/ experience at PC. Love my unit and I, sincerely, appreciate management attempts to provide a comfortable living experience for all.       This complex has the potential of being a great place to live. Management is professional and courteous. However, the attempt of filling the unit might interfere with the qualifications. The website is grossly misleading as to income qualifications: this seems to be a low-income property. I have witnesses homeless people walking through the property day and night, even sleeping on property. SECURITY IS NEEDED.

      Great community private and quiet besides the freeway easy accessible for shopping kid friendly community and also a lot of cats my car gets dirty fast because of the trees and dust

      I'm very impressed with the amenities even though I work so much I never get to enjoy them. But my favorite thing about my apartment is how spacious it is with the higher ceilings and wider door frames. I feel like I can breathe and move around better instead of being cramped in.

      From the moment I drove through the property gates on my 1st visit, I knew this place was special. Park Crossing is a HUGE upgrade from my last place.       Maintenance staff is nice and cooperative. But maintenance requests take forever to complete. I feel like staff doesn’t communicate among themselves. You have to repeat a concern or complaint over and over again.The newly hired staff is extremely rude and dominating. I don’t feel heard or comfortable talking to them.

      Best in 5 years...

      I've had the luck of living in many different types of apartments from luxury skyscrapers in LA, to cramped studios 1 bedrooms in San Francisco and I can honestly say this has been one of the best, if not the best, living experience I have had in the past 5 years. The location is great, i've moved around a lot for work and being in this central location has made the process so much easier. The layouts make the most of your apartments large spaces and the walk-in closets complete the apartment. If I could stay here for a few more years, I would!

      Beautiful Apartment Complex

      Park Crossing is a beautiful place to live. It's convenient and safe. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a problem getting maintenance done on it. That being said, unless you have two incomes or are a rich person, you'll most likely not be able to afford them very easily. Living here on my own on a teaching salary is super hard.

      Good Safe and modern apartments

      Great amenities and well preserved gym/pool/jacuzi However neighborhood is filled with homeless people. Walking outside dosent feel safe. Although apartments premises are safe. Neigbours are not that friendly. I stayed here for 7 months and never seen any theft or criminal activity.There are in fact many army people staying in these apts. Target & foodmax just opposite to apt. Mall is 5 min drive. I would say really good apt compared to others in Fairfield.
