It is a peaceful place to live. Staff is great and prompt.It would be great to make renovations . However, on a whole once you pay your rent it is calm and quiet place.

We all like the environment around apartments. Friendly neighborhood and many big stores around area making our stay more easy. So far our experience is very good.
Everything was perfect from the time I put in my application to the time I moved into the process was easy and the park creek community welcomed me with open arms.
I have been living at Park Creek Apartments for over a year now, and I love my apartment! There was an issue with maintenance requests being completed in a timely manner. Since the hiring of a new maintenance supervisor, this issue has been resolved! From the friendliness and hard work of the management staff to the available amenities, I really enjoy living at Park Creek Apartments!

Very convenient to town, friendly staff, I've lived here going on 10 years. Only thing that's difficult is parking in the summer when the pool is open. My unit is close to that area.

My view is amazingly peaceful to look at & my neighbors are great thus far. Being that we are close to a lot of different places to shop is also a plus. I came from TX & getting to know Gainesville area a lot more being in this location. I just found out we are not even 10 min away from the square and beautiful parks & hiking trails. I honestly can’t wait for this year coming up. New State, new people & new atmosphere!!

Our experience here so far has been pretty good. There are some things that we wish were different but, oh well. Such as the dog parks. They are flooded with dog poop, it stinks and we have had to stop going because it’s everywhere. The car wash is nice! But someone parks their car it in constantly and uses it like a garage?

They never respond to service request. We have had a broken microwave for over two weeks. We gave up on thinking that they will actually fix anything. We also have a broken washer for over six months that we know they won’t do anything about

I love my home here at Park Creek. I like that it's a community inclusive neighborhood. Watching the kids outside play is heartwarming. While the complex is tucked away with beautiful trees, I'm close to shopping, restaurants and the movie theater.

I wish the fire pits work. The lawn care services are not what they used to be. Especially all the Debris around our walkways and enter to our buildings they don't even weed eat any more. Nor do they blow our breezeway after they are done. Trash velvet doesn't pick up doesn't pick up on scheduled nights, sometimes for days. This is very aggravating. As a single women I have never felt unsafe here. I like my apartment I just wish they would maintain the property better.

It’s a nice place nice community very quiet, clean respected people. The process was easy. It didn’t take long did my application online. They called me and I was about in the next week. I got the apartment nice the apartment very clean the carpet. Everything is very clean. I really like it.

This apartment exceeded expectations. It was very clean when we moved in. It was conveniently located to many local businesses. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are reasonably priced!

We have really loved living here so far. It's been really quiet, which we have loved and we really enjoy all of the amenities so far. We look forward to living here for the next year.
Location in Gainesville is unbeatable. My apartment is great and restaurants are within walking distance from my apartment. The only problem is there is no maintenance.
I love where we live it's just that the rent keeps going up and doesn't make since plus valet doesn't pick up the trash all the time in my building 800 when it's supposed to. And also I've asked about the playground by my building 800 being put back for the kids instead of the dog park the kids don't have much to do around the complex because you took that playground away thier is barely any dogs going in there so do what is right and put the playground back and you have the money to do it with the fact that you raised the rent thanks
Overall nice older community. Convienent to lake and shopping. Office staff is great. The building are in need of upkeep. The buildings need to be pressure washed. The breezeway need to be cleaned and not just the sidewalks. The doors need to be painted. The community needs cameras and more security.
Park Creek is a quiet, pet friendly, safe and nice place to live. Close to shopping, hospital, the Square and the lake. I've lived here since 2016

I love my 1debroom apt home. The wood floors, updated kitchen and vaulted ceiling makes this apartment feel higher end at an affordable price. The neighborhood is much quieter than any apartment I've lived in. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. Being kid and pet friendly makes for a nice community.
I absolutely love it here, its nice and quiet. The apartment is so pretty and I love the living room ceiling. The kitchen is amazing with the cabinet lighting. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone ????!!
Moving in has been the best experience. I have met more neighbors in three days than I have in the four years I lived in my previous community. Peaceful and safe were my goals and I found them.
We have lived here since 2020 and things have been greatand I always have an 5 star! About a year about we got roaches ??( the little ones that you can’t get ride of)! I have reached out to the office multiple times about the issue! I have used my own resources to try to control and fix the infestation even tho pest control is included in my rent. I pay WAY too much to live with bugs! It is so DISGUSTING!
I have a very good community close to every thing and love management and the repairs are very quickly now the internet not so good but getting better
So far so good it's quiet and everyone is friendly. The amenities are awesome. Katie is also very friendly and when we have any issues she takes care of it
Front office workers are very nice, always helpful, the maintenance people respond in a timely manner and are always quick, fast, and reliable!

I love my apartment and the neighborhood. I feel safer having a hard entrance. The noise level is a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being excellent. The only noise I hear are kids playing and ppl traveling.
