Concord's history with racing is legendary, and the city’s downtown district is just as special. Located about 10 miles from the NASCAR Charlotte Motor Speedway, historic Downtown Concord blends the old and new seamlessly. Downtown Concord features the largest collections of domestic architectural styles in North Carolina, boasting 19th and 20th-century buildings. As the heart of the city, Downtown Concord is packed with theaters, art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Open mic nights and Small Business Saturdays are just two examples of the events held in Downtown year round. Similar to other city centers, Downtown Concord has luxury apartments available for rent, but there are rental options available for every budget as well.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Central
I toured with Dominic and he was very professional and knowledgeable with the community and the concord area. We are moving from Texas and thinking about moving in around Aug. He made us feel heard and catered to our home needs!

Love this place! The tenants are friendly and the management is best I’ve dealt with in decades. Great place!

Thank you so much for sharing your Park Central experience with the world! We appreciate it!
Have been living here since October 2018. The on-site management used to be great for the first year. The problems started when new folks came in as part of the on-site management team - they do not care about the residents and do nothing to provide a safe and secure environment to its residents. Some of the problems listed here are follows : As per July 2020 - 1) There have been car break in on a regular basis and the management has not done anything to address it. Moreover, they have ignored resident's phone calls when they have called them to report it. 2) Mailboxes have been broken into on a monthly basis since last year. Management has not done anything about it. They took 3 months to set up a 'more secure' mailbox and that was broken within the first week of its installation. 3) Delivered packages are lost on a regular basis. Management will ask you to contact Luxer even though there is nothing that luxer can do. Also, we do not pay rent to luxer ! Additionally, the mailroom is small and highly disorganized. 4) Management is not open to criticism. There is an online community portal where certain posts criticizing the management will not be posted. 5) When criticized about their pool and gym facilities, management has told its residents that they do not pay for amenities - they just pay rent ! 6) On two previous occasions , they took more than 2 weeks to fix my AC. They said it was because of a delay in procuring parts from a third party vendor. Basically demonstrates that they are not proactive in changing their vendor for the better. CAUTION - Stay away from this place. Any advertisement about safety and amenities here are just lip service. PROs: The maintenance folks are great people, friendly and efficient.

Hi there, we are so sorry we have missed the mark and would love the opportunity to address your concerns. Please reach out to me directly at mkendrick@elevatetoparkcentral.com or by phone at 925-685-0370. Thank you.
Prepare to deal with noisy neighbors. And for the management to tell you to deal with it. This place could be a good place to live, if not for the fact that they have you sign a long lease (without the ability to edit anything, as it's done electronically), with all these rules and terms of conditions, but then won't enforce the noise curfew (between 10 pm and 6 am) at all. That's like the thing that's generally most important to tenants. We moved in at April '16, and have had an upstairs noise complaint at all hours of the night and day since day one. This apparently was also an issue with the tenant that lived here before us, as management has been aware of this issue for a long time. Despite this, the management's ultimate actions has been to say to me, "well, they're moving out in a few months. Just deal with it until then." Why should I pay this high rent if the management doesn't respond to valid complaints with some type of actions?
The neighbours are very friendly. The apartments are very nicely decorated and complete. Maintenance is very quick to respond. The amenities are really nice and clean, the pool is always at a nice temperature and the fact that the gym is open 24/7 is a definite plus. If I have only one issue with the apartment it's that the rent is a little on the expensive side.

My husband and I have seen our apartment complex go thru many changes in the past 4 years. A lot of upgrades but it is residents that are not respectful of the property. There is the occasional mishap of loud music and heavy walking at the wee hours that is supposed to be quiet time. Security could use improvement but the maintenance team is awesome. Overall great upgrades and near everything like BART, restaurants, Farmers Market and a movie theater. Very convenient location.
