The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Canyon
I wanted to relocate and make this place a home office. Every time I got ready to move furniture in, I would have to basically bomb my own apartment due to the bugs. When I called the front office to complain about the bugs, the lady stated the exterminator was supposed to spray but hasn’t been there and she asked me to call her back to remind her I needed to have my apartment sprayed. I went out and purchased my own Orkin. When the exterminator finally came by to spray, he left a business card, advertising landscaping and lawn service, so that let me know it was nobody professional doing the spraying. After 4 attempts of bombing my apartment and returning back to more and more bugs (including live ones), I concluded it was an infestation. It’s disheartening to know someone would even offer this apartment to someone else. When applying, I was sent a flyer of such a beautiful place however, when I got my unit, it had stained carpet and a terrible bug infection. I was deceived. But this is how people with low income and resources get treated and subjected to. I declare and decree that you’ll never be subjected to live in low quality habitats because of how your finances appear, I speak blessings and prosperity to anyone reading this review, considering this place due to the price.

Do not live this apartment and consider my review when you take this flat. When the rain comes, the floor gets wet. I requested to fix it but the reply was to be wait since it is not only your problem but also another flat problem. And the rainy problem is natural diaster not their property problem. So just wait until the floor gets dry. I moved in here last september, but the problem was never resolved and I decided to move out. Please see the attached picture and consider your choice.
I love the apartment very much. Wish they can let me have one with Windows in the front so I can enjoy the beauty that is here.
Me and my husband have lived here for 6 months now and the staff is great they care about each person that comes here. Rent is a great price for all you get and the pool is awesome I would recommend Park Canyon apartments to all my family and friends. Its a great place to live and i'm glad to live here.
The office staff will mislead you. Get all documents and read them before you sign. The maintenance and cleaning services are the only positive of living here from an employee prospective, but it is a convenient location. The apartments are beginning to show their age. The small refrigerator does not have ice maker and no water filter so be prepared to factor in bottled water cost. The dishwasher cleans well but is so noisy you have to leave while it is running. There are no microwave ovens provided. Be prepared to share your apartment with bugs and gnats. While they offer free weekly bug spraying, We fought gnats all summer long and could not get rid of them until winter killed them off. Spiders and roaches come in through the gaps in the outside doors which do not seal properly and are very drafty. Bring a flashlight. The bedrooms have no overhead lights. I am very thankful we are moving and will not recommend this place to a friend.
The college is located walking distance from the college I attend. It is also walking distance from where I work, so when my car broke down I was able to walk to work. I haven't had many maintenance problems here, but when I do they are available and pretty quick to get things taken care of. And the staff is great! I had an opportunity to go to another complex that was slightly cheaper, but I chose to stay at Park Canyon because of the staff and great location. My only complaints are the noise which is tolerable, and that my refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker. And that's the worst of it really so overall I'm pretty happy :)
