Absolutely terrible management! Maintenance requests are completely ignored, and it feels like no one cares at all. You have to chase them endlessly, pushing again and again just to get any kind of response. It’s beyond frustrating. This is definitely not a place I would recommend living in!

Experience sucks. No heat for three years. Hallway carpet needs repacing. Potholes in parking lot. Broken rain gutter on building. Broken lock on back door.

I’ve been here since Jan 2020. This place has grown on me entirely! I love the how the schools near this complex, drops off the kids at there desired apartment buildings and actually watch them until they are secured in the building. I love the peace, quietness, and safety the environment provides. The leasing offices almost always have events for children every major holiday, even pet events! The food is really good nearby and all of your major department stores are no more than 5 minutes away! The maintenance team is great, when they fix something in your place, it’s as good as brand new!

The apartments are okay, but you will have to take your laundry somewhere else. Two out of four washers have been broken for over 2 months. That leaves only 2 working washers for the whole building.

Park Butterfield is a great place to live . It has been a month staying here and I love it plenty of things to do for the kids great commute to stores and schools. Very happy about my decision
Excellent place to call home, been staying here for about 10 years and thoroughly enjoyed the diversity in this community. It feels so secure and never had any problems, the office team is very diligent in attending to our needs and are easy to work with. I definitely recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys.
Landscaping is never done. The door to even get into the building has been broken for about a year (single pane got done but not the double it’s suppose to have), no clean up done afterward and glass is still shattered & between sidewalk cracks. The hallways are never cleaned, and the basement hallway has flooded a couple times leading to moldy smells. The washers are constantly out of order with only 1 or 2 working properly. And now mold has formed on my bathroom ceiling.
Staff is easy to talk to when you have an issue, whether it is a maintenance or any other issue you may have with your unit or other concerns with the complex.
Big green yard surrounded apartment. Large square footage than other apartments. New carpet just added on the floor.
Kyle was amazing in showing us our new apartment! He could’ve sold us a house that’s how great he was. We are enjoying our new place, and our pup couldn’t be happier! Cannot wait to check out the pool when it opens. Apartments are spacious, clean, and welcoming. Big step up from the last apartment I lived in. Would recommend.

Whenever I submit a request for work needed doing in the apartment, it is done to my satisfaction and it is performed quickly.

The apartment community is perfectly located and the environment is beautiful. I just recently moved in and I was not pleased to note the number of maintenance issues in my apartment.

Just moved in.So far very impressed. As i was moving in Head maintenance guy came by to fix running toilet, just a flange. The next day i was moving stuff out of my truck and a gentleman came up to me and introduced himself as Bill property manager, and shook my hand and said if i needed anything please call. Turns out my shower wasn't working properly,put in a maintenance request on Sunday,came and fixed Monday morning, Bill reached out thru email to see if everything was satisfactory, Wow very very Happy here so far ! Park Butterfield has amazing leasing options for students. The leasing staff are extremely responsive and are willing to work to accommodate with your move-in and move-out schedule. Aside from cosmetic maintenance which requires attention, Park Butterfield is a nice community with excellent, attentive office staff. Quiet building. Proximity to stores and restaurants is ideal.

In the last 6 years I have been living at Park Butterfield apartments I can share that it has been a great experience. I found good people as neighboors and some became good friends. The community is in general quiet and respectful, plenty of space to park even for visitors and guests. Pool size is great for kids here and adults too. I would never regret to stay this longer, some friends have even more than 10 years of living here.

The staff here is very friendly, they make everyone feel so welcomed. Park Butterfield has great maintenance, they are kid friendly and dog friendly, in the summertime they have a pool for everybody to come relax/ theater room, where they usually have events for the families. It feels nice to be so convenient to every store ,and the mall is five minutes away . I have been living here for going on about 3 years and I am proud that my family can call it home.

This apartment complex advertises itself as luxurious living, but compared too others in the area that is completely innaccurate. Like many other reviews the hallways are ripped up there are stains everywhere. It needs rennovations and maintenance does absolutely nothing. They act like they care when you talk in person but they never fix anything. Don't live here.

This apartment complex has let me down countless times already. First, the move in process was insanely disorganized with people saying different things. People were very rude however I will say Paul was the nicest. I came several days after my planned move in and the room was not even ready? Several problems with the apartment and they keep saying that maintenance has "fixed" them, but my camera has shown no one has even entered my apartment and there is no sign of anything changed.

In the last 3 years this complex has suffered greatly and continues to disappoint. My hallway outside of my apartment has been tore up for two months now and my heat doesn’t work properly. If you can find any other place to live I would highly advise you doing so.

It didn’t start very well. I was supposed to get my keys on 12/12 but my apartment wasn’t ready. My mom came back the next day and the place was dirty

Apartments are very affordable but management is very poor and you will not get the individual attention you need as a tenant.
Only move here if you have no other choice, the rent is over priced and the facilities are poorly cared for.
It has gone downhill in the last 3 years. Would not recommend these apartments to anybody

Extremely nice complex to live in. Usually quiet and close proximity to stores. Very helpful and attentive staff as well.
