Bonita is a suburban community just inland from Chula Vista and about ten miles southeast of Downtown San Diego. The community’s neighborhoods wrap around Chula Vista Golf Course and Rohr Park, with Bonita Golf Club and Sweetwater Summit Regional Park offering more opportunities for outdoor recreation within walking distance for most.
While Bonita is almost entirely made up of residential neighborhoods, the area features some prime shopping destinations: Westfield Plaza Bonita on the west side is a popular shopping mall, and a thriving central retail district lines Bonita Road. Southwestern College is only a few blocks to the south, making Bonita a great option for students, faculty, and staff members.
With San Diego just a few minutes up the 805 freeway, it’s an ideal location for commuters as well as anyone who likes to hit the Gaslamp Quarter on the weekends.

The apartments feel like townhomes, it is a nice place to raise children and call home. The staff and management are very professional and kind, always greet you with a smile and making themselves available to any needs. Parking is in abundance you have adding parking and there is lots of open parking, pets allowed, beautiful amenities pool and gym, hot tub spa, air conditioning in every unit and even better full size washer and dryer in every unit. Location, you are close to everything free way access right away, excellent schools available for children. Lots of nice parks for children and pets nearby. I can keep going for days. Overall great place to call home.

Just a great place to be. Enough outside of town to make it feel like a small town but still in a prime location to get anywhere quickly. Secured parking, great appliances and front office and maintenance show that they care a lot to resolve any issues.

Park Bonita takes great care of the upkeep. Appliances are great, apartments are beautiful, and you get what you pay for. Also have accurate depictions of interiors, so we weren't surprised when we moved in. Great place so far! Plus the management office have been nothing but kind and helpul!

Park Bonita is a great family and pet friendly community that is well maintained throughout. Gated and well lit parking help make this a safe and secure community. Its location provides quick access to freeway. Rohr Park, Plaza Bonita, small restaurants and shops along with the Post Office are just minutes away. Management is overall very helpful and professional and are good at attending to the communitys needs.

My boyfriend and I just had a baby and were looking for a safe clean and nice place to move to. We tour about 5 different apartments all over San Diego and park Bonita was the best one in terms of professionalism of leasing office, easy application process, clean apartment, options of open units, and safest area I wouldnt say they are the cheapest ones but you definitely get what you pay for. Weve been here for over a month and have had no issues and the few concerns we had the leasing office/maintenance team did a phenomenal job at taking care of them

This is a pretty sweet apartment complex. It's spacious, quiet with upgraded appliances. The grounds, pool area and gym are really nice to have in the complex. It is a quick access to the mall for shopping and great restaurants. The management here is great and very helpful. It's an all around great place to live.
