The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Avenue Apartments
Moved here few months ago and regret it. My request for maintenance keeps getting cleared without the issue being fixed. One large burner on the stove hasn't been working since Oct. 22nd. It is now Dec. 20th. the issue still hasn't been fixed and the maintenance order was canceled again. The same with the heat & AC. Submitted a request that the apartment was too hot in the summer. The request was canceled. Recently it was freezing, had to use space heater to heat up. I had to go down to the office and tell them again. When maintenance came, they said the apartment needed a new motor that's why it wasn't working properly. they asked why wasn't a request made. told them we Submitted multiple. They responded that they did not know. There is so much more. This experience has been very disappointing especially since we lived at another Adam's development property prior to this. When you email the office, they do not respond anymore.
While the outside of the apartment is well-kept, there are a few community amenities, and the office staff is friendly and almost always available, the price you pay to live here isn't worth it. The amenities in the community room, especially the gym equipment, are outdated and are frequently out of order. I lived here 13 months and only during 5-6 of them where all the community amenities available and/or functional. And they in no way guarantee they are usable and don't offer any rent reimbursement/discount when they are out of use. The apartments themselves, while a decent space, are overpriced for what you get and are either old and cheaply made, or newly updated and cheaply made. Within the first 2 months of living here, I had 5 things in the apartment break due to being cheap products. And price difference between the older and remodeled apartments are only 80ish dollars, so either way you are overpaying. Also the air conditioner unit in the apartments DO NOT function unless the outside temp is above 65 degrees F. This has caused many an uncomfortable night, especially for my roommate who has an autoimmune disease and needs a more constant temp. This definitely will make it hard for the elderly, autoimmune, or anyone else who's body has issues regulating their temp. Summing up: overpriced, amenities aren't worth it, and the apartments themselves are not of exceptional quality.
The price being all utilities included cannot be beat. The apartments are very large and spacious. The apartments are slightly outdated but everything still works. The gym is outdated but was functional for most needs. It is a bummer that pets aren't allowed in any buildings. The management team is very involved with their tenants, depending on how you look at it this could be a good or bad thing. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and respectful to live I would recommend.
Park Ave Apt has a pool, community & fitness room and under ground parking at a reasonable price. The apartments are very nice also.
