As its name suggests, Southwest Oklahoma City is a neighborhood west of Oklahoma City that stretches from the Canadian River to Highway 66. Most of this community includes open spaces and farmland, but the closer to the city you travel, the more populated the area becomes. Residential neighborhoods and modern shops and restaurants can be found in the eastern sections of town. Renters can find several options for affordable apartments, single-family homes, and townhomes here too. Major roads like Interstate 40 allow for easy travel in and out of the neighborhood, and the Will Rogers World Airport, located just outside of the southeastern corner of the neighborhood, makes farther travel accessible.

1.) They just raised our rent on our new lease and only reason was “that’s how everyone else is doing it”. 2.)Gates always seem to be broken/ stuck open. 3.) Came and swapped out toilets for cheaper worse ones. 4.) over all not really worth the price they charge. 5.) I’ve seen better fitness centers in hotels.

The sign outside says Luxury Apartments and that is just what they are! It has been wonderful, our apartment has lots of windows with a lot of sunlight. It is like living in a house more than an apartment. All of the employee's are great and they have been there for us when we needed them. Love it!
Very poorly managed. I had problems before even moving in. The man who works there apparently wrote my move in date down wrong and the apartment wasn't ready when I was told it would be, leaving me without a place to live for a week. The front office is very rude and not helpful. Lots of partying constantly. I woke up to my neighbors vomit on my porch and beer cans thrown down by my door from neighbors many times. Finally was able to move out and they did everything they could to find a reason to keep my deposit plus bill me for random things. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Moving to a different state with so little time, I was so worried about where I would live. When I found The Park at Westpointe online, I knew it was the perfect place. The pictures don't do this place justice. You get all the space, with luxury amenities for a great great price. The staff is also amazingly friendly, and they understand renters. Needless to say, I looked and leased. My best choice by far!
Was not sure how I would adjust to apartment living, but the spacious two bedroom apartment has made it easy. They are relatively new, very clean and quiet. The two large gas grills by the swimming pool provide a great picnic atmosphere just a short walk away. another pool and two gyms are also available. We don't have pets, but the dog park in the center courtyard gives you a place the let the pooch run free. Instant access to Interstate 40 makes it easy to get anywhere. We really enjoy living here and have recommended it to others.
Close proximity to OKC and I40, well maintained by office without major problems from other people who live here. Mostly quiet, 2 pools and a dog park
