I love these floor plans and small community feel :)
I began my third year at Park at Tuscany in May 2023. I have very much enjoyed living here. The management's main goals are to keep the property well maintained, well groomed, and to keep the residents feeling like they are of the utmost importance and the main reason Park at Tuscany exists. For my time at Park at Tuscany they have achieved all of those goals. Whether you are young or mid age or a bit older, have children or not, have pets or not, you'll have found "home" when you come to Park at Tuscany!
I stayed here during a temporary corporate relocation situation. Overall, the place is pretty decent (as far as apartment living can afford). My stay was abbreviated because cockroaches were crawling up through the kitchen sink. Do with that what you will ...
I called and was able to get into an apartment quick and hassle free. The staff is great and always answers any questions I have. I have had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the same day I requested help. Plus I love my fireplace! I have always wanted one where I live.
Whether You're the New Melinnium Generation, a more Mature Senior. or any age in between The Park @ Tuscany will become your home. Offering beautiful new spacious Living/Bump Room combos, oversized Kitchens & Baths with latest up to date decor & King Sized Bedrooms with walkin closets. Garages also available. The Park is an Incredible location, surrounded by beautiful lush landscapng, opening to an inviting pool. A Resident Computer and Fitness Center are available free of charge. You're walking distance to a Major Mall, restaurants, theatres & more! LUXURY AND CONVENIENCE AT ITS BEST IN OKC1
I've lived in many apartments, and this has been my favorite so far. Not only is it a beautiful apartment complex to love in, but the staff is always amazing, and I feel safe living here. In the past, I've had problems with the time response of maintenance. This has not been the case here. I had a problem with my toilet one Saturday evening, and once I called maintenance, they were here within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone
From the start "The Parks at Tuscany" makes one conjure images of gorgeous scenes and sunsets. Well, it is Oklahoma so it will come nowhere close to the real surreal scene of Tuscany, Italy but it comes as close as possible. From the large single room apartments (mine currently) to the friendly neighbors and staff, you can not go wrong with renting here. You're literally in walking distance to Quail Springs Mall as well as great restaurants and night life. Rent here and you will have your own slice of Italy right in America's Heartland.
