It's very quiet here. We love the pool, our daughter loves the park. Maintenance takes their time but they're persistent when needed. Office staff is kind. We love the events we also love the gym it’s nice and clean

They make you pay for extra power, gas ( which the apartment doesn't have gas ) the fact they are adding covered parking and will make people pay for covered parking is stupid we already have enough issue trying to park at this place and now that wanna make more of an issue is absurd

I understand you have concerns about the gas, the water for your unit is heated with gas by our boiler system, as well as the hot tub, water for the laundry facilities and the dryers in the laundry rooms. This past November we were able to redo the asphalt around the community and add in a few extra spaces, the covered parking allowes residents to have a guarenteed spot as well. If I can give this place a zero I would. The customer service skills are poor it takes over 20 days for them to fix something in your unit. They never answer the phones half of the laundry machines are broken. Half of the time this place is dirty. And for the amount of money we pay here. They say that there’s a gym but there’s no gym.
They are horrible here. We pay so much money to rent here and the office personal will not even speak with us. The don't answer the calls. It take months for them to fix something in the unit and they use cheap material.
This place needs a lot of work, especially in the back buildings. So, be cautious and avoid the roach infested buildings.
This place has been managed by several companies in the past few years. There is a huge roach infestation that hasn't been resolved. Don't move here!
I have been reading most of the reviews and I find it quiet funny how people try to slam the management at this property. If you go to them in a respectful way you will get the same treatment it's that simple. Some people here walk into the office yelling at them like if the girls at the office are at fault for whatever their issue is and yet expect to be treated like royalty. Also there are complaints on here about roaches must be for people who aren't clean because I haven't seen not one single roach in or around my apartment nor office or laundry room. And if that is the case they have a person who can spray your apartment once a week as long as you tell them you want or need it sprayed. I haven't had any problems with the office or maintenance staff at all, they are always prompt and professional. Yesenia was actually really helpful when I applied to move in and tried to process everything as quickly as possible. It is actually pretty simple if people would act like people and respect others then there wouldn't be so much negativity about this place. For the most part everything is calm. Yes you do have kids running around and what not but they are kids, that is what kids do. The play ground area can use some upgrades and maybe the basketball court be put back in but in my opinion it isn't a big issue. Yes the apartments are small but lets be real you get what you pay for and the rent isn't ridiculously high compared to other places in this area. If I may give a suggestion it would be helpful to let tenants know water will be turned off ahead of time before turning it off to work on something, that way tenants can I don't know maybe fill up tubs or jugs with water to use while the water is out. I thank the office staff for their prompt attention and for making my family and I's home here a good one.
I've been here for almost a year now and am very satisfied with the property. The maintenance is always kept up and completed in a timely manner. Anytime I have a concern Its been taken care of and the management is always so professional. I feel very safe and comfortable living here knowing that the personnel takes all residence into consideration.
There are many problems with these apartments from landscaping to bugs. There are some apartments that have termites and other bugs such as roaches.
Upon arrival we were excited about the look of the apartments. Having the freeway access so easy is really great. Seems as if we get around the city a lot quicker. There's three Grocery Stores an a few Circle K Stores with in walking distance. There's a really nice Park within walking distance also. Inside the apartments are really spacious an warming. Office personal is really helpful an nice all the time. The maintenance is prompt!
