Park at Johns Creek 55+ Active Adult Living

I've been here for a year, and due to the COVID problem I have spent much of that time in my apartment. The people I have met are all very friendly and seem happy. I certainly have been happy here, and would like to stay, but I have to move due to family issues. I will miss my neighbors and all of the staff members, who have always been so pleasant and helpful.

I have been in this community for 7yrs. I would not have stayed here for so many years if i did not like it here.

My husband and I have lived at Park at Johns Creek for 7 years and it has been a great experience. Unfortunately we have to move to an Assisted Living Community and we are sad to leave this beautiful community. The staff is wonderful and the property is well maintained. We will miss living here.

The Park at John's Creek is an exceptional place to live. After our amenities being stopped for a Covid year we are now starting slowly to enjoy the amenities of our clubhouse. We have a congenial group of people here who enjoy the partisanship with each other. Come and enjoy your new home!

Park at Johns Creek is a well maintained property that is staffed by talent and hard working people. The maintenance crew are prompt and do the job quickly The office staff is helpful . The program director is always open to suggestions and plans interesting and fun outings.

My husband and I have lived in a few apartment complexes and Park at Johns Creek is by far the safest, with a well maintained and caring staff. They even left a little birthday gift for me at our door, which I really appreciated. We have lived here for about 5 years and do not plan on leaving any time soon.

We love living here. The Staff are professional, friendly and very helpful. The community always looks nice and Maintence handles issues immediately.

There is never a time when maintenance is requested that we are serviced by competent men who are willing and eager to help us feel safe and comfortable

PJC has a great staff office and maintenance This is a very active 55 . We have been here 2 years and we love it!

Great place to live, easy access to grocery stores, shopping, pharmacies and Emory Hospital is right around the corner. Friendly neighbors and just a lovely place to live.

If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, beautiful and homely place to live Park @ Johns Creek is where you'd want to be.We have a superb staff and even through the Pandemic they find innovative ways to keep us engaged and active.

Loving it here at Park at Johns Creek. The staff is so professional and caring and the people that reside here are also caring.

The landscaping is wonderful, I send picture of this landscaping to my sister so she can see the wonderful place I live. It's so nice to walk out side and meet my neighbors, it's been fun knowing all the different places we all have come from.

Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful with all my questions.

I love it here! Lots of fun activities and the management staff really cares. Couldnt be friendlier! The maintenance staff is awesome. Any request you put in is taken care of within 24 at the most.

The complex is attuned to making sure everyone feels that they home. The maintenance staff is always prompt and always follows up and keeps you up to date if they have to order materials. The office staff have activities to get everyone involved

I really like living here- there are many activities, much more than any other Apts I have visited. The office staff are top notch- so thoughtful and considerate/ same goes for the maintenance guys The office staff are always doing things like putting little bags of goodies on your door, putting a rose on your door - many other things like this- they make you feel good !

Couldnt ask for nicer people to deal with.

I put in a maintenance request and Earl responded back within 20 minutes. The work was completed the same day. I have not had many maintenance requests, but Earl is just the best!!

this is a very nice place to make friends & there is a variety of activities to choose from! A good place to spend your older years!

The staff at Park at Johns Creek is competent and very helpful. They are pleasant and smiling when talking to residents and quick to respond to any concerns we have with our apartment. When out and about in the community, they speak to residents and make us feel appreciated and part of a community. They have been professional in handling the difficult changes needed to help our community stay safe during the unprecedented coronavirus pandemic.

Park at John's Creek is an excellent residence foe interesting persons because of it's convenience, colorful activities, caring spirit, well articulated services which are responded to in such a kind manner

Park at Johns Creek has lived up to my expectations, definitely. The people are friendly, the staff is terrific and I'm really enjoying my apartment, even though I still don't have everything unpacked. The grounds are well kept and the management has tried very hard to give us activities while staying within the COVID19 guidelines for our safety. I'm so glad that I moved here!

Despite the virus situation, the staff is doing everything possible to keep all residents occupied and involved in several different activities.

I have lived here for six years and have no complaints. Any service order is always taken care of promptly. The staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful to residents. I have enjoyed living here.
