Property Ratings at Park at Crystal Falls
The office never answers the phone. When you leave a message, they do NOT call you back. I've been trying to get maintenance in here and every time I put in a request I get an immediate email telling me my request was already done. No, it wasn't already done, and you need to come fix my issues. The rent is really high, and for all that money I expect someone to answer the darned phone and SHOW UP to repair the apartment.
These apartment look decent, but they have a ton of issues. Also, we've never had ants anywhere we lived, but they are TERRIBLE here. Office staff is impossible to reach. They will only respond if you are contacting them about the payment system not working. Selective responsiveness....not what you need in a property manager.
I have been a resident at Park at Crystal Falls for almost two years! When I walk through the community I feel like I am on vacation at a luxurious resort, I have to pinch myself! My dogs love the dog parks and having the open space to play and exercise. They host awesome monthly resident events which has given me an opportunity to really get to know my neighbors, some of who have become great friends! My apartment is more than just that, it is my home!

After making a cross country move to the Austin area, Park at Crystal Falls was on my short list of places to check out. After my first visit it was hard to look anywhere else. We have lived here for a couple of months now and we love it. The staff are friendly, courteous, helpful, and responsive. They always greet us by name making us feel welcome. I'm glad we've found a "home" at Park at Crystal Falls!

In the 5 weeks of living here, we've had to contact maintenance 6 times to attempt to fix our AC. On the days that it breaks, our electrical usage jumps from 15kWh to 50kWh. We our paying out of pocket for the apartment's inability to fix a bramd new AC. Management is not taking the issue seriously. I am pregnant, and overheating is dangerous to pregnancy. Texas in the summertime is hot, and our apartment is currently at 80°F. I haven't even been staying in the apartment I pay for because I end up sweating and overheating. This is dangerous. Considering finances, the money i waste on the broken AC is money I could be saving for my baby. I am extremely displeased with the service we've received.
