The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park Apartments
Been living here for about three years - the property location is the best part about living here. Short drive to everything we need and its in a very nice neighborhood. The unit itself is decent size and the lay out is nice, aside from the kitchen being too small we have have no complaints about the actual building or space. The management is a whole other story and makes living here frustrating sometimes. They wait until the last minute to do anything important-from a broken faucet to a broken air conditioner- but waste no time letting you know when THEY need something from you. The only reason we have stuck around is that it is fairly reasonable compared to the places in the area but be warned that the price does reflect some of the issues with the property. Pools are rarely cleaned and pot holes in the parking areas are never filled, gate is also never closed but they moved it to paint the wall behind it and had every single car port painted within a week. Priorities. Recently our AC went out for the SECOND time in a month, when they fixed the AC the first time they forgot to replace the breaker fuse(?) which is what caused the break in the first place-the second time our AC broke they said it was a faulty breaker fuse that they forgot to replace even though we put in a work order the day it broke the first time. Its frustrating and completely unprofessional and its been like this since Day 1. The unit, area and maintenance crew are all reasons to enjoy living here but the management makes it hard to appreciate any of the benefits. It is rather fitting the company running the place is called "FML" Management.
Don’t get me wrong the apartment was in a good location, it was mostly quiet and rent was reasonable. However, the management for this facility is mediocre. They don’t care if your air conditioning goes out. They had me with NO AC!!! for almost two weeks in the hottest days of summer!!!! All repairs that were needed when I moved in NEVER!!!! Got fixed and I was charged for all of them in my security deposit. I definitely overpaid for my security deposit and received less than 25% back for damages that had already existed prior to my move in date. Do yourself and your family a favor and don’t go to this place. If you see good reviews for this complex, more then likely it’s someone from their team trying to get the ratings up to lure people in.
Management neither takes care of the property nor cares about it. Several issues with the pool, common area floors, and even lighting in the stairs. Don’t move here! Many other nice apartments around the area for the same price.
I am living next to the most ridiculous loud thumping music...they are probably mad because I told managment about it...now it's a 3 day weekend and I'm so tired of it. I will call the police next!!!
Great place to live. It's nice and cozy. And, I also love the location. Shout out to our management team for all of their hard work. Thank you, JC for all that you do!
When I walked in to ask for a copy, all management people sitting in the office stared at me without saying hi and the old mean/rude woman yelled at me out loud that "this is a business office we only do copies at least but nothing else". She was freaking rude and mean woman. I am moving out of this place. Everyone that manages this apt is rude and mean. I am moving out.
Between the quite neighborhood, the really nice neighbors and super affordable pricing on a two bedroom apartment, I'm amazed I didn't look here first! Easy process to move in. They accepts pets and the management staff seem to work tirelessly on getting things done. So happy I discovered this place. I really love it here.
Terrible manager. Money hungry. Plenty of MOLD!! You will never get your deposit back!. They will find all kind of excuses to keep your money. Please be smart, you will be sorry!!
Sewers back up all the time they have a new manager every 6 months don't believe what they tell you when you move in and take pictures of everything that is wrong ...both pools was closed for 5 months last year
nice place in lovely Palm Springs i need rent money
Absolutely the best place to live! Great location! Excellent management and staff! I highly recommend to everyone! The value surpases the price. Non smoking, washer dryer in unit, 2 assigned parking, gated community, 2 pools, 2 bed 2 bath, 4 closets, allowed to paint and decorate, all pets allowed!!!!
This gated complex is within walking distance to several brand name stores, banks, hiking trails, and restaurants along with a couple stops for the 2 transit systems. The apartments are spacious, clean, and include appliances as well as washer and dryers in the units. For those that know the Coachella Valley area, know that places don't normally include appliances let alone washer and dryers. This complex also has 2 pools(with lounge chairs and table) and 2 hot-tubs and a fitness room; all are kept up and clean. The grounds are well kept by landscapers and look nice.
