Poorly run apartment complex. No maintenance. Leasing office is poorly run. Believe me it is hard to imagine how poorly it is ran.
I LOVE living here! Sam and Jo are so friendly and super helpful. I take the train to work downtown and it is a 5 minute walk to train station. Great train service and new schedule makes commuting a breeze. New restaurants going in on St Charles Road and can’t wait to explore. Looking forward to summertime with car shows and concerts! My pet friendly apt has beautiful updated finishes and so quiet. Yes they are still renovating here but I don’t see a problem and the upgrades will only be to my benefit. Free coffee and treats in the Cyber Cafe and free breakfast on Fridays! How often do you find that???!
If you love drilling on one of the 7 floors, 182 all together, 3 or 4 times a week, then this is your place. Legacy owns this building along with many others and they keep telling us it will be done soon. It's been a year. They made it sound like it was just the outside. Everytime an apartment gets empty it creates a new one of it. One apartment moved out about 3 months ago. They finished painting it a week ago and now they are back to drilling and hammering everyday from 8am to 5pm. If they can't rehab it right what is the apartment problems it will have. We have 182 apartments that need upgraded plus or minus the ones they are doing. The community areas are the construction storage. We got some of the painting supplies in our closet and were missing a door. We had to wait 9 days because apparently they didn't catch it. The new "hard flooring," is actually just thin material that looks like hard wood floors. It was scratched in many places. I took 200 pictures before the move in. I can't see how updating the old ones are going to be any better. They just have to update the bathrooms. It takes many weeks just to do this. I cannot even imagine how long this is going to take. They are also raising my rent $100 if I want to renew. No discounts for the past year. They also said I didn't make enough money for a better apartment but want to raise the rent. Dont get me started on the pot smell when they smoke inside the apartment. This is a nightmare.
Park 150 is a GREAT place to call home!We moved in last month and it has been more than we could have asked for. Sam and Michael are great they have been such a pleasure to work with.They are both incredibly nice and will do everything in their power to address any concerns you may have. Any time you see either of them you are always greeted with a smile and a hello! The building it self is beautiful and incredibly immaculate! It is extremely secure and there's cameras all around.You always feel very safe. The cleaning woman is so kind and gracious anytime you see her and she does a wonderful job! Our apartment which is the Adams 2x2 is very spacious.It has all new top of the line appliances ,beautiful floors and carpets in the spacious bedrooms. The bathrooms are very nice.Its also great to have a stackable washer and dryer. I had to request maintenance once to adjust something and they came with in a half hour and fixed it immediately talk about prompt service! I love that you can you can walk your dog and not worry about stepping in anything.Thanks to Doggie DNA program they have.More Apartment Communities should follow. Every Friday they have a grab and go Breakfast in the Cyber Cafe it's always a nice selection and they rotate food venues weekly.It is such a nice added touch.Thankyou I love the Cyber Cafe .I always have my nightly cappuccino. I have yet to try the fitness rooms but they also look very nice. I can't wait to see what else they have planned indoor and outdoors especially now that the weather will be getting nice!
