Park East is located between Hollywood and Hollywood Hills. It is actually west of downtown, stretching from Sheridan Street to Pembroke Road. Hollywood Boulevard bisects the neighborhood, while I-95 forms the eastern border. Much of the south end of the neighborhood consists of the Orangebrook Golf and Country Club. To the north, Topeekeegee Yugnee Park wraps around a large lake and includes the Castaway Island water park, a full-hookup RV campground with Wi-Fi, an open field, a playground, picnic areas, basketball and tennis courts, and two miles of paved trails for walking, jogging, bicycling, and skating. There’s also a marina for renting paddleboats, kayaks, canoes, and johnboats.

Property Ratings at Cortland Hollywood
The pool furniture has been removed and never replaced, reducing comfort and enjoyment for residents. Pool maintenance is poor, and the maintenance personnel do not clean the sidewalks, leaving the area untidy. The music service has been suspended without notice, diminishing the atmosphere. In the clubhouse, coffee is served in thin plastic cups, which pose a burn risk and are not suitable for hot beverages. The management team is neither proactive nor welcoming, and overall staff courtesy is lacking.

Thank you for your feedback and concerns. Some of the pool furniture, such as umbrellas and chairs, was removed due to damage, and we have submitted a request for replacements for the pool lounge area. Please note that the pool music may be turned off on certain days when the leasing office is closed. Additionally, the service team has been informed to clean the pool area sidewalks. We sincerely apologize that your experience with our team was not proactive and welcoming. Management will address this issue with the office team to improve overall courtesy, including ensuring the correct cups are used for coffee. - The Cortland Hollywood team
The management at Cortland is great! They work hard to keep the amenities and grounds clean. Someone is out every morning cleaning the barbecues and pool area. They also do a great job addressing any problems that come up and sending out community-wide reminders.

The apartment itself is nice and spacious but the service is hardly there. Apparently if a service request is too complicated, they will try to hide or ignore the problem. The office is also never available because they are always busy helping prospective residents. They will also raise the rent because apparently they are not allowed to raise it less than 5% every year, even if inflation is not that high, without adding any additional amenities or upgrades to your apartment. It makes you wonder where all that money is going.
Very excellent team in the office and the maintenance crew are Supreme.

Nice apartments, communication not the greatest. Hallways smell like trash. Trash leaks down the stairs when they come pick up trash. I am assuming they don’t want to lift them. They charge $20 for valet trash. Plus $30 for the dumpster which we were never told about that fee. Maintenance requests take forever to get addressed. Communication is terrible. Because of the above I give them a 7/10 with room for improvement. Pricing could also be better.

Very poor cleaning of the hallways of the slopes and green areas, the condominium is very neglected at the time when the cats break down the garbage, they allow people to leave the garbage outside all weekend, causing bad odors and attracting cats and other types of animals.

Cortland Hollywood is a great place to call home! The maintenance team responds quickly to my work orders and fixes everything correctly and in a timely manner. The office team is really nice and helpful and they always greet you with a smile. The pool is my favorite! I feel like I’m on vacation whenever I lay out. The gym is very nice and clean and has updated equipment.

I need no anonymity. My name is Chris and I'm a physician who largely works 9-5, M-F. The experience here has been largely negative due to a problem with constant noise, which has greatly impacted my ability to get a full night's rest on a regular basis. Given how overpriced the units are, this has left a bitter taste in my mouth despite what are huge pluses (length of commute to my offices, ease of access to southbound 95, trirail station within walking distance, and proximity of YG farmer's market). There is supposedly a policy about noise, specifically after 9pm, but this has never been enforced. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this community to others given what I've stated above.

When I was searching for a place to move I was so indecisive till I took a tour here in Cortland Hollywood. Instantly I knew this is where I wanted to move. It feels like a small resort. Everyone is so kind. The staff is amazing. David (maintenance man) is a very helpful person and will go above and beyond to help get any issue resolved. The management here are open to hearing any ideas you might have for the community to make it better than it already is. Everything is so clean. Cortland Hollywood is a great community! The property is well maintained, has nice upgrades amenities and is in a great location near major highways. Both the office and maintenance staff are great and responsive and are always there to help.

Samuel and Hilton made the application and touring process such a breeze, they know the property like the back of their hands!(super cool guys) This property was spectacular and I love the convenience of the location, being right off i95 makes my drive to work a breeze. Moving here was a great choice and I’ve become very fond of the FREE leasing office coffee!! Nothing better than a nice cup on the pool deck in the morning, feels like luxury.
