wonderful experience so far. clean and beautiful ready for us to move in. would have liked to have a bigger dolly to help move in. maintence was prompt with an issue. we are very happy with the spacious area. gym is also fabulous!
Living here has been enjoyable. It is a peaceful atmosphere with monthly activities for the community with just enough amenities for everyone to enjoy.

Not having a working life safety fire system in unacceptable and extremely negligent. This was a known issue for over a month and the office did not take action. Allowing a tow truck to illegally park in a handicap spot is not acceptable. Feeding tenants BS and then not even calling back or following up by the office is extremely unacceptable. We oay a lot of.money for a white glove service that is just not currently present.

The cleaning has not been good the last 4 or 5 months at building 3000 on the 4th floor the rug needs to be cleaned and shampooed. other than that every thing has been ok!

I will give a rating of a B- There are lots of issues that are never addressed. Communication with office staff is lacking. I have lived here for 10 years now and new owners are not good.

As always, my maintenance request was handled quickly, effectively, and courteously. I happened to use the ladies room connected to the titness center today, and it was totally spotless as it has been in the past when I used it. Management and staff keep this property in great order in terms of cleanliness and orderliness. We've been here nearly four years and are very satisfied.

We need security cameras, backup generators. The common areas are in need of updating. The apartments need updating as well, the refrigerator is too small, that was a concern when I moved in. The dishwasher and oven are basic appliances and need replacing. The lights in kitchen area are outdated as well, the pendent lights are fine. Shower door in main bathroom needs replacing, it’s old and dirty, tried cleaning but did not work.

It was upsetting regarding the electric power outage . I know it ‘s an emergency.It will be appreciated if there property have an emergency generator , because nobody knows when this problem will be fixed.

Everyone is so attentive to my problems and maintenance is amazing. The staff is so friendly and I love that the complex is so pet friendly! I can bring my dog with me anywhere. The pool area is amazing and I use the clubhouse frequently. I love being a resident here!

Application process was somewhat painful and took a while. I was given deadlines when my app would be approved and when the lease would be sent to me and it was over a week after the both deadlines that I received both items. They also require a proof of continual income, so for people just starting out who haven't received paychecks sufficient enough to cover rent, and if you don’t have a guarantor, your application won't be approved even if you have sufficient funds in an account. Otherwise, apartments are well-kept with nice amenities.

it's a very quiet and nice place. clean and maintenance is responsive. I enjoy living here. maintenance and management are very responsive. There is always something going on to participate in. the property is always clean both inside and out. great amenities and great location.

Moved in August 2024 and can say I feel so safe knowing that they take the safety measures for resident access along with a quiet neighborhood to be in to walk my dog and have a peaceful night coming home from work

Maintenance and staff are top-notch. Five stars?? . I never had problems with noisy or inconsiderate neighbors. Unfortunately, it is becoming too expensive to live here.

Been here 31/2 years have been satisfied for most of the time, rent cost is always a problem and that would be the reason I would leave! The other here at Parc have been good.

Parc is clean, affordable, and in a great area. The leasing process was very communicative and workinf with Rich was great. We just moved in yesterday and absolutely love it here!

I recently moved into Parc Apartments and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. Great location, quiet building however security cameras are needed. Colors in the hallways and carpets need updating, outdated and dirty. Rich amd Joe are great.

Moved in end of February. I Like the community alot with the amenities. Staff always seem willing to help. It is quiet and feels very safe here.

Beautiful community with excellent neighbors. They recently put in a dog park which is one of the top spots to spend the days when it starts getting nicer out. The only cons are lack of storage and garage availability but the location of the complex makes up for it. Most people that reside here are either planning to buy in a few years or settling in after downsizing from a home. Good mix of young adults to older residents.

Have been here for for 4 months and am loving it! Such a great community of people. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. Community events are nice and great communication by the leasing office.

I'd prefer speed cushions to speed bumps. The cushions are easier on cars. That said PARC has ?spacious apartments with exceptional amenities, washer/ dryer in residences , respectful staff and maintenance without peer. Tranquil living generates a bliss-filled life.

Enjoy living here most of the time but there are times when we feel there can be some improvements like the elevator should tell residents when movers are going to use it. Speeding is always a problem speed limit should be 5 miles and hour!

Excellent experience. My building is always clean. Any issue I submit on the app gets taken care of immediately. The areas around my building are well salted when the weather gets bad. I really enjoy the activities that Parc offers (bingo, make your own pizza etc). So far I am very happy living here!

I love this apartment complex. Aside from the elevator problem and other minor issues, everything else has been great. Specially maintenance has been amazing with fixing the problem same day. My dog loves the bark park and we love hanging in the club house. The club house also just got printers which will be great for me, as I travel all the time to the library to print. Overall great place.
