Parc Plymouth Meeting

As always, my maintenance request was handled quickly, effectively, and courteously. I happened to use the ladies room connected to the titness center today, and it was totally spotless as it has been in the past when I used it. Management and staff keep this property in great order in terms of cleanliness and orderliness. We've been here nearly four years and are very satisfied.

Everything has been great, Rick and Sabrina are awesome. Thank you for making this a smooth transition to this beautiful community. Everything was explained and the facility is so well cared for. I’m very happy with my decision to move into Parc.

Love this place and the facilities. Quiet nice location and great price. Staff is very friendly and common areas are well maintained and beautiful.

The residents are nice and friendly. Property is very nice and clean. Anything we had questions about management quickly responded. My family is excited to be in the Parc community.

We need security cameras, backup generators. The common areas are in need of updating. The apartments need updating as well, the refrigerator is too small, that was a concern when I moved in. The dishwasher and oven are basic appliances and need replacing. The lights in kitchen area are outdated as well, the pendent lights are fine. Shower door in main bathroom needs replacing, it’s old and dirty, tried cleaning but did not work.

So far everything is great! Lots of amenities, the neighborhood is great, the apartment is well maintained and updated. Recently moved in — haven't been here that long yet, but I'm loving it so far!

It was upsetting regarding the electric power outage . I know it ‘s an emergency.It will be appreciated if there property have an emergency generator , because nobody knows when this problem will be fixed.

Everyone is so attentive to my problems and maintenance is amazing. The staff is so friendly and I love that the complex is so pet friendly! I can bring my dog with me anywhere. The pool area is amazing and I use the clubhouse frequently. I love being a resident here!

So far the stay at Parc has been terrific and a great living experience! They have been staying on top of issues and communicating well to the residents

Application process was somewhat painful and took a while. I was given deadlines when my app would be approved and when the lease would be sent to me and it was over a week after the both deadlines that I received both items. They also require a proof of continual income, so for people just starting out who haven't received paychecks sufficient enough to cover rent, and if you don’t have a guarantor, your application won't be approved even if you have sufficient funds in an account. Otherwise, apartments are well-kept with nice amenities.

it's a very quiet and nice place. clean and maintenance is responsive. I enjoy living here. maintenance and management are very responsive. There is always something going on to participate in. the property is always clean both inside and out. great amenities and great location.

I have enjoyed my time here, great experience, beautiful surroundings. Management very courteous. I have lived here for ten years and find the resident community as a whole quite decent.

Just moved in, love it so far. Rich was extremely helpful in getting us settled and make us feel welcome. The amenities have been great. Excited for the pool!

Moved in August 2024 and can say I feel so safe knowing that they take the safety measures for resident access along with a quiet neighborhood to be in to walk my dog and have a peaceful night coming home from work

Maintenance and staff are top-notch. Five stars?? . I never had problems with noisy or inconsiderate neighbors. Unfortunately, it is becoming too expensive to live here.

I’ve been here less than a week and have have been impressed with everything from the application process to actually living here. The community is quiet and it feels peaceful being “a part” of it here.

Been here 31/2 years have been satisfied for most of the time, rent cost is always a problem and that would be the reason I would leave! The other here at Parc have been good.

Parc is clean, affordable, and in a great area. The leasing process was very communicative and workinf with Rich was great. We just moved in yesterday and absolutely love it here!

I recently moved into Parc Apartments and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The leasing team made the application process seamless and were very responsive to all my questions. The amenities, especially the fitness center and pool, are well-maintained and add great value to my living experience. The community is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere here. Highly recommend!

It's been a great place to live since Day One. Office staff, maintenance staff, janitorial staff are responsive quickly and all do a super job.

Great location, quiet building however security cameras are needed. Colors in the hallways and carpets need updating, outdated and dirty. Rich amd Joe are great.

We just love it here and especially love all the improvements! The office and maintenance staff are wonderful! We have been at Parc for over 4 years and feel like it is home!

Moved in end of February. I Like the community alot with the amenities. Staff always seem willing to help. It is quiet and feels very safe here.

Beautiful community with excellent neighbors. They recently put in a dog park which is one of the top spots to spend the days when it starts getting nicer out. The only cons are lack of storage and garage availability but the location of the complex makes up for it. Most people that reside here are either planning to buy in a few years or settling in after downsizing from a home. Good mix of young adults to older residents.

Have been here for for 4 months and am loving it! Such a great community of people. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly. Community events are nice and great communication by the leasing office.

I'd prefer speed cushions to speed bumps. The cushions are easier on cars. That said PARC has ?spacious apartments with exceptional amenities, washer/ dryer in residences , respectful staff and maintenance without peer. Tranquil living generates a bliss-filled life.

Enjoy living here most of the time but there are times when we feel there can be some improvements like the elevator should tell residents when movers are going to use it. Speeding is always a problem speed limit should be 5 miles and hour!

We enjoy the apartment / community / location . Easy access to several stores, restaurants & activities. Close to train station & drivable to the city.

My experience with Parc has been seamless from my thorough tour with Nicole to the timely response time on repairs and questions! Would without a doubt recommend Parc!

I am very much so enjoying the new coffee machine and the community Buzzuto is creating. The monthly activities are always great and the amenities are great!

Excellent experience. My building is always clean. Any issue I submit on the app gets taken care of immediately. The areas around my building are well salted when the weather gets bad. I really enjoy the activities that Parc offers (bingo, make your own pizza etc). So far I am very happy living here!

I love this apartment complex. Aside from the elevator problem and other minor issues, everything else has been great. Specially maintenance has been amazing with fixing the problem same day. My dog loves the bark park and we love hanging in the club house. The club house also just got printers which will be great for me, as I travel all the time to the library to print. Overall great place.

Love it here! Parc has consistently been updating and renovating a lot of different features benefiting all residents. The club house, bark park, and more EV spaces coming!

Things are good my apartment is nice I barely use it but it like the easy access and good layout. I need to put in some service requests but nothing seriously wrong.

I love that you provide carts for the move in, makes the move so smooth. The elevator is a plus and it's very large, my furniture fit without a problem. I also wish that the parking spots were a little wider. I feel like it would be very easy to get a car door ding.

Friendly staff that responds to concerns. Currently experiencing some lengthy downtime in our building elevator, and not having a garage space, it makes the walk inside quite chilly in the winter! Otherwise, good place to live.

The management staff has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities and amenities are well thought out, and well maintained, and the location can't be beat for accessibility to both NoDa and public transit.

We love it here! It’s such a welcoming community and the staff is kind and very responsive. They just updated part of the clubhouse and it’s beautiful yet very warm and cozy.

Im sick and tired this elevator been down too long for over two weeks disgusting. Very unhappy at this point. Been here too long for this to be happening. ??????

Maintenance is without peer. Office representatives are efficient, responsive, and courteous. ~I reside in building 4000, and vetting of residents needs improvement. I don't know who raised them, but there's no excuse for throwing trash and garbage on the refuse room floor. Especially, when there are empty trash cans to use. A recent unpleasant occurrence is smoking of cigarettes and pot in public areas. I should not have to breathe second hand and pungent smoke. Although,I've been critical PARC is a pleasant place to reside.

Love my new apartment ! In such a quiet safe neighborhood! Always see the maintenance crew keeping the grounds top noch! Love the new dog park as it gives my dog so much running space!

I have to say, starting with Nicole showing us the apartment and Richard giving us the welcome the day we moved in my family and i love this place. our apartment is amazing appliances top of the line, the space of the rooms just exactly what we need. in the bad side i think the highways are little to close but i am getting used to the sound of the cars now

My experience has been superb from the visits prior to moving up the present time. The leasing agents were professional, knowledgeable, and kind in showing the property, explaining the application process, and helping us to move in. Maintenance has been swift, professional and kind. We are thoroughly pleased with our experiences at this apartment complex.

Office staff has been very nice and very helpful. Rich has been great! he made move in very easy and provided a full educational tour. He explained the various different applications that make living at the Parc convenient.

Leasing from Bozzuto Management has been a great experience! Properties are clean and safe. I enjoy the amenities that they offer. The maintenance request is always speedy which can be a big relief.
